As others have pointed out these do have a very distinctive smell. It’s the B vitamins that you are smelling. Which tells me that there is a good amount in the capsule. I found almost from day 1 that I felt so much better. No more anxiety that makes me sick. I recommend them to my family and my niece, who’s in a bad place emotionally bought some. She’s had exactly the same experience as me and she’s told my Mum how fantastic they are. So my Mum has ordered a box now. I have no doubt that they will benefit her. They are worth every penny as far as I’m concerned. Yes it does have a sticker over the BBD, but the sleeves inside are best before 8/22, exactly the same as the sticker. They even send a breathing exorcise card.

So disappointed. I badly needed this to work, and it DID, at first....but the smell and taste of the supplement became so nauseating, even touching it with my fingers left a putrid scent that couldn’t be washed away. I cannot keep it near me, it cannot be in the same room, nor can the supplement be stored near any fabric that will absorb and hold on to the horrible smell. The taste makes it impossible to swallow the capsules anymore. The smell makes me sick to my stomach and just the thought of taking it is torturous.This supplement could be the answer to many people’s problems, I know it works because it worked for me. Please create a formulation that is scent and flavor-free. Maybe a tablet rather than a capsule with a time-release outer coating that ensures the product’s slow, scent-free delivery into the gut, where it belongs.If you all were able to do this, I would not hesitate taking and purchasing the product, but I’d be taking your other supplements as well.In the meantime, I have to throw my remaining doses away. What a waste of money and resources.

As people have stated they did cover the best before date but after looking into expired supplements I decided to give them a chance still since supposedly if they've expired, it doesn't mean they're bad for you - it just means they won't be as affective. I took mine with food the first day, was fine. Second day I forgot to take with food and threw up, today I took them with food and threw up worse. I wanted these to work badly, it could be because I have IBS and a whole other bunch of health issues and take tablets already but i wanted to let people know that this could be a possibility that'll happen to them aswell

Received my tablets today and the BBE on the sticker is 08/22. Luckily I checked underneath to reveal they were out of date by a month 01/21. This is also crimped into the blister packet too! Not happy at all.
