Spicely Organic Garlic Powder 1 Lb Bag Certified Gluten Free

This is dried, powdered garlic, and it is quite potent!! I've used it to make garlic butter and have added it to soups, meats, and sauces!! This is the strongest garlic product I have ever used and I am very pleased with it. No Vampires will show up at your home if you have this on hand!! YES, I do recommend this product!!

I really like the robust taste that this garlic powder has. It's a little bit more fine and powdery for my needs but none of it will go to waste as I use it almost on everything. Next time I will have to order the granulated.

My wife has celiac disease, and is VERY sensitive to gluten, more so than other celiac sufferers we know. Knowing that spicely organic products are tested for gluten at levels below those which affect her is awesome. The taste of these spices is worth the extra cost, but the piece of mind is golden. I've replaced all the spices in our house with the spicely organics, and it is helping my wife's celiac symptoms. And yes, cheap spices can have wheat byproduct as a filler or anti-clumping agent, or just be made in a facility that is contaminated. As I said, piece of mind.

Beware of opened packages. I've purchased several times. This is the only brand of seasoning I can consume, and the most recent packages have arrived opened. One was everywhere in the package when it arrived, while the other was closed enough to still use. The taste is great, the powder is fine, and it maintains freshness. Please do better. ☹️

From reading the other reviews, there seems to be a quality control issue. My batch was fine, if a bit pricey. Strong garlic scent, very finely ground (not granulated) and a standard pale yellow hue. If you purchased before reading reviews, I'd just check your batch & return if it seems dark, odorless, or tasteless. This bag holds enough to fill one of the larger BADIA 10oz. shakers 2 times.

This is powdered garlic, like confectioners sugar, not garlic powder, granulated. Excellent product for someone who knows how to use it... I don't. I gave it a tire chef. He knows how to use it.

Especially when buying organic, buying bulk spices helps to save money. This garlic powder does everything expected of it. It tastes like high quality garlic, saves me money and is easy to use!

I have a decent nose/sense of flavor and compared this garlic to fresh and to my current powder which I thought was off the mark - This Powder is not perfect but a lot better than last bulk I got - which I immediately replace with this.
