Brilliant for the money
One of the cheapest insulation testers on the net, but for the price it's pretty good in all honesty. comes with test leads x 3, one has a large croc clip, and a push on croc clip for one of the probes. Leads are not the greatest, but adequate for the money. Meter zeros correctly when the probes are connected under test in all the insulation ranges (100,250,500,1000v) and when tested with my Calcard calibration card, meg ohm readings are slightly low but within the tolerance specified in the manual, which is in English, not Chinese. Tested on a known good and a known bad 3 phase motor, readings all as expected. It was also supplied with batteries and a carry case. I bought this to replace a Uni-T meter that was not zeroing correctly, and for occasional use should be fine, just remember it is not Megger or Fluke quality though. Good clear display and nice back light, hard plastic holster is a nice addition but is tough to get off, it had stuck slightly to the meter at first. I'm going to buy another for a Xmas prezzy for a mate of mine.

It works... Kind of? Poor quality!
It works. But the price reflects the quality. You can not see whats on the display head on you have to look at it from the bottom upwards. Which will be a pain when trying to use. If your reading this. Pay the extra few quid like i should of done an get a better one...
