This mat is great for the price. It's the right thickness for me to do my workout exercises with enough stability. There's also enough grip for stretching and warm ups and it hasn't shown signs of wear and tear so far! The added knee pad is great for kneeling squats and as extra support when doing floor exercises. Loving this mat!

This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

This was a cute yoga mat set. It's soft and full-size, though I've been using it for a few weeks and small dents have appeared but overall it's still nice!

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this mat for a few reasons: it is very thick (great for knees), doesn't slip, travels well (nice and sturdy strap), and comes with a thick cushion which is also great for knee and wrist support.I've used this for yoga and mat Pilates and fi d it to be the best mat I've used for far. No odor, stores and travels well, and is made exceptionally well for what I need it for: exercise and support.I cannot overstate it enough of how good it is for knees.

Only used 5 times so far, but product holds thick during usage, and comfortable to the knees, hands. Has good traction for certain stretches. Didn't realize it would be helpful in so many different ways after exercising on a rug for so long! I would've like it to be just a little wider, but that's my own personal preference, not a reflection on this mat since the sizing is very clear in description. Quality is great so far, and knee pad is just as good. Price is a steal if the quality lasts.

I love this mat! I'm a heavy person, and I was having a hard time doing exercises on the floor, it hurt my body so bad, so I'd just give up, and it hurt my knees to get up. So I needed something cushiony that would help. THANK GOD! This mat is the answer to my prayers. It's nice and long, and thick, it actually felt good to lie on the floor on this mat. It was a LOT EASIER to do my floor exercises and easier on my knees. The extra knee cushion is a godsend! The carrier strap keeps it rolled up and from flopping all over the place and easy to carry and store! And I got it in PINK, my favorite color, and it's really pretty. One of my best purchases! You will not regret purchasing this mat

I purchased this mat to use for floor exercises. It is a nice thickness; the foam seems sturdy. It is plenty long (I am 5'8") and the extra knee pad is an added bonus. Love the vibrant color and the fact that it came with a carrying strap. I cannot rate its durability because I haven't used it long enough to know.

Great thickness, comfortable. Did come with some wrinkles in the mat and the box was a little damaged but the mat is great!

I purchased the Pink exercise mat. It's great. It's thick and comfortable. I have been doing sit-ups, lifting weights, stretching. It's long and came with an extra piece of mat for more cushioning. It rolls up nice and I can use the straps it came with, for storing it. I definitely got my money's worth.
