3G Cardio AVT 3.0 Vibration Machine

Amazon can verify that I bought this machine through Amazon. After using Power Plate at the gym I wanted my own machine, but didn't want to pay the incredible cost for a Power Plate when only I would be using the machine.My only complaint so far is that 3G doesn't send appropriate exercise instructions along with the machine. I have had to either go online or purchase books and use my own knowledge to construct appropriate exercises for the machine.Having said this, I will say that I use the 3 G right now in the same way I was using the gym's Power Plate. I use it to soothe aching muscles. In fact, I can assume various positions on the 3G and come away with no pain. That's right, I come away with no pain at all and have almost stopped using both over the counter and prescription pain meds. I haven't any idea if it works this way for everyone but it sure works this way for me.Couple this machine with myofascial release from my PT and I am a much happier and pain free person.

This machine, started out very quiet and then after about six months was extremely loud. We got a replacement for a part that was making the noise, but after a couple months it started back up again. They will not warranty this machine. So we are forced to buy another one.

I have been looking at these machines as well as reading reviews. I am not an athlete, but strive to keep in good physical condition entering my 60's. I am not as active as a few years back. I like the easy access to having this in my home vs going to a gym to work out. My sister is using a Power Plate vibration machine which is not the same as the 3G Cardio, however, I like the idea of working with it in my home environment along with a daily yoga routine. It arrived securely packaged and was not difficult to attach the base to the column. I'm glad it came with a chart of the various positions and for my needs, this machine is what I know can be utilized every day.

I have never seen such a collection of fake looking reviews. I didn't buy this, especially since similiar machines are listed for only $200. I was hoping the reviews would help me understand why someone would spend 10 times as much on this particular item. I have to assume no one did because the excellent reviews must be bogus.

This machine is different than I am used to! But so fun! I am so glad I purchased this! It allows me to work out various parts of my body with just one machine. My mother-in-law recommended this to me after having received one for Christmas. First, I thought it looked too complicated and vowed to stick to my tried and true treadmill and stairmaster. But, then I tried it, and I was hooked. It is just so fun and adaptable. It also includes many different exercises you can perform to work out different parts of your body. It has done wonders for my quads and calves. It is a great addition to my home gym. I can get full body workout in just under an hour!.
