I gave this 5 stars even though, like others said, it doesn’t fit for an automatic transmission Mazda 6. That’s not the product’s fault, it’s Amazon’s.The reason this product is worthy of 5 stars is because the entirety of the internal components were 100% form, fit, and functionally compatible with the OEM starter.I swapped out everything but the mounting casing with my old starter and everything fit perfectly.

This part works
This part was for fixing my ignition starting problem. It also helped my headlights to stop flickering. My husband said the starter has nothing to do with headlights, but none the less it fixed the flickering problem.

la marcha funcionó pero no giraba el motor y es que se había salido la cremallera de su lugar y tuve que regresarla a su lugar y ahora sí giro el motor estoy muy contento que se haya solucionado :)

Perfect fit for my 2004 mazda 6 3.0L

Perfect fit for 2004 Mazda 6 Sedan
Easy to install for non-mechanic. Took a little over an hour to install and could probably be done in 20 minutes now that I know what I'm doing. Only needed to remove the battery and battery tray to access the starter. Blindly feeling for the bolts was the hard part. So far so good. Sometimes it struggles a bit to get started but I haven't dug into that. Could be other issues causing the problem given it's an 18 year old vehicle. It does always start. Just sometimes takes a little longer on the key.
