I really love the high protein in this drink, I also like the natural ingredients and simple list of ingredients, I’ve tried all flavors in this particular brand and this one by far is my favorite. Is it tastes natural…. A great low-carb high protein option if you’re looking for something that satisfies that sweet craving without the sugars and the carbs…

Tastes a little chalky but overall great.

So I discovered these protein shakes at Whole Foods and I was so happy, a lot of protein shakes taste awful. This brand is amazing. I’m not a big fan of birthday cake or vanilla but with this brand I absolutely can’t get enough of it. My husband is a big fan of the chocolate and coffee flavors, I think they’re also very good, but I just love the vanilla and the birthday cake, they are low sugar and definitely give you that on the go meal when you’re in a hurry and they taste divine, I can’t believe I’m even saying that about protein shake

It's damn near impossible to find a plant-based, low-sugar protein shake that tastes GOOD, but this is IT. I just wish it weren't so expensive. The other brands are cheaper but have 5x the added sugar and are chalky (or have a weird aftertaste). I only buy Koia when it's on sale for $33 a case or when Whole Foods has them for $3 a bottle.

It’s not the best tasting but I still like the quality of the product . It has a rich nutty flavor and when drinking you feel full and it’s beneficial . After a few days just drinking it I felt a whole lot better .

Honestly was pleasantly surprised. Purchased on a whim while searching for cocoa powder. I also bought the cake batter flavor but have yet to open that one. The chocolate brownie does have a very minimal gritty/dry-ish texture. Which, yes sounds god awful, BUT since the flavor was actually good... it was something I just got use to while drinking it. You’ll forget it too I’m sure. I think my expectations were so low (because that’s the precedent that all other attempts for a store bought keto treat have set me up for) the drink blew them completely out of the water. The flavor actually reminded me a lot of those YooHoo “milk” boxes I had growing up. I didn’t feel like I had to force myself to continue drinking it either. No weird aftertaste or cooling feeling. I did pour it in a cup with ice cause I preferred it super cold than just straight from the refrigerated bottle. And with most things with MTC oil.. lol I pretty much had to poop immediately. But hey, not necessarily a downer in my book. Additionally, I pored a bit of it in a keto chocolate muffin recipe that called for almond milk. They turned out A++. I’m sure my review prolly sounds like the drink is unappealing but I promise that with such scarce options for keto treats, this is a definite win. Will purchase again.
