Bonafide Provisions, Bone Broth Chicken Handcrafted Organic, 24 Fl Oz

We ordered seven of this item when on sale...and on opening the first we erroneously thought the slightly different consistency when unfrozen and boiled was a problem. However, it is not as different batches, so many things, can slightly alter the product visibly. When we refrigerated the leftover, given we added other things such as vegetables, it became gelatinous which is proof of a top notch bone broth and is rare. We would like to add that Bonafide is the best we have found and has helped our family maintain our health and, importantly, helped to heal our family, one of which has several ongling conditions. We cannot praise it highly enough as true bone broth is one of the top foods recommended by medical experts to keep up the immune system and heal the body. Plus the ingredients are organic and calibrated to boil for hours to get all the nutrients and the gelatin that is key to healing. Thanks beyond words.

When you need a fresh bone broth - its great to have this in your freezer. Especially if you are traaveling. It's nice to heat up and have when you get home as something easy and savory before you get to the market.

I make my own stock but I’m always running out! This is my go to stock. I keep it in my freezer. It’s good stuff. Holidays, it’s a lifesaver.

Jasmine is my favorite rice. my last favorites include black wild rice, red Korean rice, white Basmati rice, Japanese sticky rice, and in the beginning, my first rice was uncle ben's minute rice. that was 50 years ago. today, my favorite rice is Jasmine Rice and this is how i made it today: ingredients: 1 large cup of jasmine rice, or exactly 2/3 the volume of the broth 1 "Bonafide Provisions Chicken Bone Broth, 24 Oz (frozen)" Saffron Threads 0.01 Oz or to taste 2 pats of butter and salt to taste. directions: soak the rice for 30 minutes to a few hours. then rinse until water is clear. preheat oven to 275-300 Fahrenheit. put the broth in a casserole on the stove on medium heat. add saffron and salt. slowly heat the broth until it boils. add the rice and butter then bring back to boil. stir, cover casserole and transfer to oven for 10-12 minutes. leave the cover off in the oven for up to five minutes if the rice still needs to dry. the Bonafide broth was chosen because it has been consistently superior, the taste is mild, and it is clear for white rice. It lets the saffron color nicely... and it's convenient.

One of the best products definitely recommend

It's a solid choice when getting bone broth, but not perfect. The broth is thin, but then again it is broth. The ingredients are good and healthy and they don't use bad fillers. I also like the size of the bag, but I wish it was in glass. The bags do rip or come with tears a lot so be careful when thawing making sure they are upright or in a bowl. It's super easy to defrost in the fridge and use for when you need it later. As far as value goes, it's quite expense in my eyes, but depends on if you value the quality... which I do! As far as taste goes... that's the part that makes me not give a full 5 stars. Its extremely blah tasting and bland.

Best tasting and clean bone broth.

I love this chicken bone broth. It is very easy to heat up, just pop it on the stove for a couple of minutes. I use this as soup for my noodles. Instead of having tasteless noodles in the morning, I heat this bone broth with my noodles and I have delicious noodles with soup to drink for breakfast. It is a game-changer!
