Do you think this could be put on a bicycle and posed as a rider with the bike stationary of course. Would it be possible to get it to sit up?

No, You would have rig something to prop it up or possibly tied it off at the hands and feet (handlebars and pedals). But even then it would slouch like a wet drunk

It's life-size as far as the height, but required extra stuffing (batting) to fill out the body and a wooden rod inserted into the back/neck to keep the very small head from drooping.

I want to use this to sit on my couch and look like were home. Dressed, would it work?

I have mine dressed. With a mask. Sitting in a chair in my office. Little flimsy. But I like. Could always use a little PVC pipe to make it sit up. Wish I could show a picture to ya.
