Easy to use. Did exactly what I needed to have done.

Worked great for a 2018 Nissan Titan Pro4x. I found it works under the non - Pro4x setting. Since they didn’t list 2018 Pro4x under latest update. Works flawlessly. Remember, this is a reader and will not program your tpms to ecu, I just need the information to use another tool and this serves that purpose at 1/4 the price of other tools.

What they don't tell you in their product description is that the unit is entirely bricked from the moment you buy it from them. They will not allow you to use it at all, unless you follow their precise instructions, which involves the following; • Visit their website • Create an account • Give them your full name • Give them your full home address • Give them your cell phone number • Give them your email address • Find the serial number • Find the "Register Password" • Register the device • Buy a PC (doesn't work on Apple) • Download their software • Use outdated micro USB to connect the device • Unlock it with the above Despite being pissed off that a product that I bought and rightfully own is not actually mine without giving highly sensitive personal information to a corporation, I attempted to follow their outrageous and unnecessary requirements. This still didn't work because apparently this brand new device had already been registered by somebody else, leaving it a worthless pile of corporate crap. 48 hours after emailing Autel and they still haven't responded to help me unlock the device THAT I OWN. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS CRAP - it will not work for you, even after you surrender your personal information. This company is fraudulent AF.

This tool was very easy to use right out of the box and quickly read all the data from three different vehicles and performed relearn function on one set in about 30 seconds. I did not use tech support but I’m sure it would have been available easily.

I bought this to detect the replacement sensors on my 2007 Camry. Important note: it does not program the ECU with the new sensor IDs. If you are rotating tires, or want to detect the sensor ID, tire pressure, and temperature, this is the right tool. If you have replaced your sensors and want to program them into the ECU, this tool will not do that for you. Try the TS508 instead, or use a diagnostic reader, like the TopDon ArtiDiag line, to program the new sensor Ids into the ECU (but you need a tool like this to read the sensor Ids). Documentation is very weak, and not for novices. Ultimately, I decided to keep the TS401. It doesn't do everything I need, but it's inexpensive enough to hang on to.

Bought it for the sensors on my cruze and found out the Autel 1 sensors are actually cheaper than the factory ones for the car and they paired easily and haven't had any issues yet

Bought this so I could "wake up" my new TPMS sensors for my 911 with my track wheels. worked like a charm and now I use it on all my cars to check the pressure with zero effort! Place it next to the stem hit the button and you get instantly the pressure and temperature.
