Lesaffre Yeast Instant, 16 Ounce

I have used this yeast for years! I love it, and it never lets me down. I bake on a weekly basis, therefore, I store it in the fridge, and in the freezer! It has never gone bad. I will never use any other yeast. I also think that this is value for your money! I definitely recommend this excellent yeast. Thank you. carolintallahassee

I've always had good luck with this instant yeast and this latest bag was no different. While I don't bake a lot, I do on occasion and liked to use instant yeast. Using this created a good quality bun, the dough rises well, it is straight forward to use, and you can make a lot of dough with this amount of yeast. It's my go to recommended yeast. I vacuum seal the bag in between uses to keep it fresh for as long as possible.

Great price. The yeast works great, I take out a few ounces to keep in the fridge and bag and seal the remainder in the freezer. The yeast keeps a long time this way. This is a lot of yeast for the money and it has never failed to perform.

This yeast works great for baking gluten-free bread.

I do a lot of baking, and this instant yeast makes it easy to produce quality breads. If you are new to using yeast, I suggest storing it in an airtight container in the freezer for an extended life.

We cook/bake a lot in our house. This is a staple in our pantry we have to buy a lot. It's great for your yeast like foods, pizza dough, breads, etc. Never had an issue while using this as long as you use it correctly.

I baked bread fairly often and got tired of buying those individual packets at the supermarket. This is about the fifth or sixth package of this yeast I have bought. I store it in the freezer, and it lasts a year or more. Does not need to be proofed.

The yeast is old and doesn’t work at all . Very disappointed. I’ve bought this kind before and worked great, but not this package.
