Hide!!!

This and “Dirt on my shirt” are my kids favorite bedtime books. The illustrations are great, story is great. They’ve found everything 100 times already and pretend like they can’t find stuff every time. It’s adorable. Buy it.

I bought this book for my grandson. I will be buying additional copies for other children I love to spoil. This is a fun, fun book. The story is about a group of children playing hide-and-go-seek. As you go through the story, the reader is given prompts to find one of the children. This in and of itself is a fun part of the book. An added bonus is the list of items on the page to locate. First it's a raccoon, then it's a raccoon and 2 spoons on the next page. Each page has you finding the items on the previous pages (in new places) plus an additional item. How many you find increases with each new item. This isn't a "hidden pictures" type of picture. The items you are seeking are not drawn into a tree trunk or something like that. They are hanging from the tree or hiding behind a flower pot or things like that. The pictures are very busy, so it does take a bit of hunting to find some of the things. My criteria for a good children's book is one that is fun for both the child and the adult to read. This one fills the bill. Good job, Mr. Foxworthy!

Fun read. Two of my grandchildren, ages 10 and 6 liked it. They are a bit old for this book but we still enjoyed it. JEFF FOXWORTHY understands very well the minds of children and puts life into rhyme that makes reading even more fun!

Cute book and it reminds me of the highlights magazine for kids because you find different items on each page.

There is so much to find on each page, this is a GREAT book for travel. Takes a lot of time to get through if you try to locate everything the author calls attention to. And then additional items can be found beyond that. Terrific for antsy/curious kids!

Love this book and so do the grandchildren. Great illustrations and it asks the reader to find hidden objects in the pictures which the kids loved to do.

My granddaughter and I had such fun reading it and finding all the items in the awesome illustrations. She brought it to my house; I immediately ordered another copy for another grandchild.

This book was purchased as a gift for a 5 year-old boy. The story is entertaining and the illustrations are fun. Hunting for the hidden items adds an extra level of engagement. I would definitely recommend it.
