Great bed
Great quality bed. Looks good and sturdy. My daughter loves it! Assembly was easy for the bed but a bit difficult for the stairs.

Very sturdy. Paint does smell.
Putting this together is no joke because there are so many redundant safety measures to ensure nothing will flex. I don't think a half dozen gorillas could break this thing if it's properly put together. (Maybe if they all jumped on the slide... but I digress.) It took me about 4 hours with my 7 and 2 year old helping. So I think it might only take 2 hrs if you had someone to help you get the overall frame up (1st step) and then the rest you could do alone. Instructions are 100% visual with some measurements, no words, but they're clear. Everything is included, except you'll need a drill with phillips bit for a few parts. Design is just ideal for kids--mine absolutely love it. I love how it creates 2 special spaces, one above and one below. They are going to get a ton of joy out of both over the years, and I imagine we'll end up with 2 eventually. The "low VOC" claim is meaningless I realized while unpacking and smelling the very noticeable smell. Literally, it's a relative term, anybody can claim that I guess. We use zero VOC paint, so we're not used to those smells and my 7 year old commented on it. For the price (with tax about 350), it's so very well worth it. The quality is absolutely unbeatable for the price. I've seen it elsewhere for 5-600, and I still don't think that's overpriced. The only part not made of pine are the slats to support the mattress, and I genuinely believe they made the choice to use plywood for strength/load bearing reasons. We'll just keep a window open in that bedroom whenever possible until the smell is gone.

Great product for price
Overall it was a great purchase for the price. The biggest challenge is definitely taking the time to build it. This is one of the most challenging build it yourself items I have had to work with. You will def need two people to piece together the left and right sides of the bed together, and if you get the stairs (like I did) be prepared to spend another 1-2 hours at least putting those together. The instructions were good enough, better than I was anticipating per some of the reviews. The challenges I had are the following: - screws are not labeled outside of cartoon drawing describing each screw so for the most part you can figure it out, but it just takes a lot of unnecessary hassle for something that could be fixed by just marking the bags of screws the same way the bed parts are labeled - there were some minor mistakes, item 13 was labeled 14 (and 14 was 13), instructions were conflicted on some early steps by identifying one screw in the summary but a different screw in the actual step - some of my parts had minor cracks, nothing concerning but still shouldn’t be that way when brand new - the plugs used to plug the unused staircase screw holes did not fit properly, so doesn’t look as good as it could - one of the step connections was angled too much to where the fastener could not screw in properly, in the end I couldn’t screw in that step properly, but luckily there are enough fasteners everywhere else so it doesn’t seem to be a problem Also my completed bed seems very sturdy which contradicts some of the other reviews that the bed is wobbly, so it may be hit or miss in quality (I happen to just get a good one) or perhaps minor mistakes in building it could cause the bed to become wobbly which reconfirms the challenge of building this thing right. Despite the challenge in putting it together, I still recommend it for the price. It seems pretty sturdy, even I jumped into the bed with my son and felt secure. And the best part is he absolutely loves it (he turns 3 years old next month)

Great Quality and a Lot of Fun!
Our 5 year old LOVES this bed! It took about 2.5 hours to assemble, and the instructions were easy to follow with included pictures. We did use a drill instead of a handheld screwdriver and the included Allen wrenches. That probably made it go faster. It definitely takes at least two people to assemble, especially when holding the sides of the bed up while the other screwed things into place. We laid out all the pieces and hardware in order first so things went smoothly. It seems really sturdy, which I was concerned about when looking through other reviews! Part of that could be that we used a drill to get things extra tight. I love that it gives her extra floor space to play since her bedroom is fairly small. We added LED Christmas lights underneath for her little play area and that’s a fun element too. Overall, you can’t beat the value for the price. 😄

Nice and sturdy…after assembled
Perfect for a small shared room for kids. We put it over a full sized bed to allow for more play space in the rest of the room and with ceilings too short for a bunk. The kids love the set up. Set up was a bit of a challenge with parts not labeled, but did not take long to figure out. If you have any experience assembling furniture like this it won’t be too hard. Worst was the head and foot board slats that just balance in there while installing the the other pieces. Definitely a two person job.

Way taller than expected!
So first, it took me 6 hours to put this together and a lot of it required an allen wrench which was provided but only one and they are always a pain. Most of the hardware was packaged together (packs of 2, 3 etc) which made it difficult to know what was what especially the further you went putting it together. They did have labels in the hardware packs but it was 3 to a pack so it was just annoying. It is a very sturdy and nice bed. However Ive purchased a low loft bed previously for my daughter (this was for my son) and it was low, comes up to maybe 4 ft at the highest. Makes it easier to make the bed and get to your child etc. This one is way higher, more like a bunk bed without the bottom bed. It is so very hard to make the bed and you certainly cant reach the other side unless you are very tall. Im 5’7” for reference. I apologize for the long review, it just really blew my mind how tall this “low loft” bed is and I feel like people should know. Also yes I looked at the measurements but it just didn't occur to me that all low loft beds are not the same size.

Super beau, super facile à monter. Branle un peu mais vraiment rien de dérangeant. Nous sommes très heureux de notre achat.

great quality, well made, sturdy! I feel confident having my kid use this bed. took a few hours to put together by one person. chose this bed because it had higher space underneath compared to others. overall happy with this purchase! would recommend!

It is easy to assemble, perfect Color white, size and height. I wish it will have a wood quality of bed plate or the surface where the child is lying down, because the wooden grid plates are poor quality, easily breaks. I needed to place a flat wooden light board plate on it, and I’m glad my child is light weight. The rest of the wood are sturgy and quality. The design is perfect for my children. They like it.
