Not recommended!
Horrible! Tastes like it was made from coconuts that were stale prior to processing... entirely unpalatable. I use MCT oil powder predominantly for my daily coffee. This is the first time I’ve dumped it out. It didn’t dissolve well, in the first place, but the awful taste was the worst. I can not recommend this product.

Don’t even think about buying this crap
The fat content is so low it can’t be MCT. 4 grams of carbs per serving? You’d need 1/4 cup to get 16 grams of fat. Amazon should remove this product.

Tastes horrible
This mixes in my coffee well, but it tastes horrible, like plastic. I normally use Earth Junky but they aren't available right now.

My husband and i drink our tea with this every morning! It is amazing how this gives you steady energy throughout the day! We are addicted. Oops! :)
