Works great for a hotel. Once we called our internet provider to make this a "whitelist item" so it does not have to logged into the wifi everyday., it works perfect, the only complaint I have is sometimes the palm reads as other people palms, which could cause an issue. Other than that we have no complaints! The customer support is FANTASTIC. I accidently threw away the wall bracket, and reached out to purchase a new one, and Georgia from customer support had one shipped to me within a few days! I was very impressed!

This works great, very easy to use. Instructions are very self explanatory. I was able to install devices in 2 different locations. (2 devices were purchased) Really like that I can see where an employee clocked in from. There is a subscription fee to use the service, but it's much cheaper & saves you a headache from having to count the hours. The online subscription lets you pick your Payroll Period Schedule, which makes payroll 100 times easier. We have 11 employees & they have access to see how many hours they have accumulated. The employees like how they can check what time they clocked out on the device. We only use the finger print & face scan, seems like the most reliable way to clock in and make sure its them. The Cloud biometric online system is very easy to use. Adding and removing employees is very easy. No complaints so far.

I registered 10 employees. Five hours later, four employees' biometric profiles were gone. I redid the missing profiles. Two hours later, all the profiles (including mine, the administrator) were deleted. Lots of time wasted by several employees setting this up, all to have it not work properly. Super frustrating.

The media could not be loaded. LOVE the no-touch palm reader; this clock is easy to set up and use. One set-up call to tech support and it was deployed without incident. We showed our employees how to use the palm feature correctly (spread fingers and back the hand away from the lens) and it works every time. The CB4000 not only eliminated all of the busy work with time cards in the office; it also provides honest and accurate time. No more buddy punching, no more bogging down HR with reviewing time sheets, no more wasted time on busy work.Update 03/15/24We ordered another unit for the front of the house, and we were a little worried about how to add it to the service. however, all we needed to do was give the new device the wifi password and the cloud only needed the new unit's serial number. Super easy to add

Compared others, more easier to set up and use. Only thing I don’t like is employees need press in or out. Sometimes they will make mistakes.

Did not work

We operate a small business and were previously using a punch system for our employees; recently we switched to this cloud based system. I was worried it would be difficult to install and figure out, but I was able to set it up and have it operational in around 20 minutes. The hardware is plug and play, and after you sign into the web page to enter your employees it is operational. Our employees seem to like either the RFID cards or the palm reader the best, and clocking in and out is a lot faster than with our old system. I'll try to post a video later showing how it works, but so far it has been excellent. No more time cards to track and store!
