I absolutely love this cookbook from Ellie! I have purchased both her cookbooks and I love how she takes inspiration from places/dishes she and Alex love and makes something of her own. Most ingredients in her book are very easy to find or I already have on hand which was a HUGE plus for me. The photography is stunning and I honestly think it is my favorite cookbook on my shelf right now! Thank you Ellie for an amazing addition to my kitchen in helping me along on my vegan lifestyle journey!

I absolutely love this book. I’m vegan for several years now and I have a big collection of vegan cookbooks. Author of this book Ellie has a vegan YouTube channel as well and I always loved her recipes. This book didn’t disappoint it has so many, new interesting recipes, many of them I always wanted to try. Beautiful book, every recipe has a gorgeous picture of the food and of the author. I think this is the best vegan cook book I saw in my life. I just ordered her older cook book and can’t wait!

Elsa is my favorite and these recipes are to die for! As a Vegan and a traveler myself, this book gives me such inspiration!

Feel disappointed with this book, after seeing u tube and reading the rave reviews I am underwhelmed with the recipe content. I must say the quality of the book , the generous amount of content and the photo quality is really good, although there are so many photos of the author herself a bit off putting for me. For me the recipes seem uninspiring, nothing new here, not rushing to cook from it.

I love this book as there is so much variety! I have tried nearly all recipes and they are all delicious and easy to make. I am not a vegan myself but these recipes are so good that I now eat mostly vegan.

First of all the quality seemed cheap and the book arrived in a pretty bad shape. Second of all, most recipes are not easy to make if you live in Spain and many ingredients are impossible or very hard to find.Most of the book is full of photos of the author that I found pretty useless and would hope to have more detailed receipts instead.I do like the author and you can find great ideas in the book especially if you don't love in Southern Europe, but don't expect to much.
