She's been able to pull it up after playing with it for a little while. 2. It also comes detached from its base. Which can be a good and bad thing. It makes it easy for her to throw on the ground, but at the same time it can be used as a seperate toy. Despite these 2 things I would still buy it again! Review: Not bad. - It's cool except for when you try to wash it. Water gets into the eyes and one of the hands on the side. I used a hair dryer to clear it out, but the plastic fogged up with water from being hand washed. Never submerged it. The suction cup on the base works well and is easy to clean. The upper part is pretty busy and has lots of do-dads to keep the baby interested in. It does pop out of the base fairly easily though so it ends up getting thrown on the floor pretty quickly by little hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Entertaining but suction is bad and toy is removable from base *by J***E on April 30, 2012* I purchased this to give my ten month old something to play with when we went out to dinner or when he was in his high chair or stroller that would remain stationary. The concept behind this is great in that you're supposed to be able to stick the toy to a flat surface and it can be played with but not removed. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The suction cup isn't very strong and even if it did stick better, the entire top of the toy comes out of the base VERY easily. Instead of a toy that was supposed to stay in place, I'm now picking it up off of the floor every five minutes just as I would with any other toy (because a ten month old LOVES to throw toys instead of hold and play with them). The toy is adorable and if the suction cup worked and the toy stayed stationary in the base, it would be great. If you don't need it to stay in one place, I'd order it.
