Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Collector's Edition [4K UHD]

Love the movie, I saw it 9 times in theaters. Don't read reviews, just watch it!Concerning the deluxe set, I'm very satisfied with it. The poster and Mad magazine looks great and the set is durable.My only complaint would be the vinyl has two songs that are on the soundtrack, Good Thing and Bring a Little Lovin. There were about 20 songs that didn't make it on the soundtrack and I was really hoping we could get two fresh tracks for this set. Maybe Green Door, or one of the Mamas and the Papa's songs. Small dissapointment, doesn't take away from my enjoyment. Pick up this set while it lasts!

I won't give a detailed review of the movie Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, but I will say that I personally loved it and consider an instant classic.OUATIH comes off as a simple buddy flick about two guys trying to make it in the final days of old Hollywood, but this movie is MUCH deeper than that and it's filled to the brim with references, callbacks, subtle jabs at Hollywood and fun little Easter eggs.This 4k & Blu-ray Collector's Edition is a great way to show your love for this movie. The cardboard holder folds out with cool poster art on the outside and great vintage style album cover art on the inside. It also looks great facing forward on your shelf.The blue vinyl record is a fun novelty as is the 45 adapter ring, mini Rick Dalton poster and retro Mad magazine. The price is a little high for what you get, but this movie is special and I needed something special to show my appreciation for what I consider Tarantino's most mature and best looking film to date.Skip the boring standard edition and pay a little extra to have something fun and truly unique!RICK: "You're a good friend Cliff"CLIFF: (first and last lines in the film) "I try"

I have a LG 4K bluray player, the 4K disc does not work at all in my player. The Bluray works but continously pauses during playback and is essentially unwatchable. I feel I was ripped off with this purchase by Amazon. I can not exchange it for a working copy as it is unavailable. I feel sorry for anyone that preordered this as I am sure they are experiencing the same issues. Last time I preorder anything from Amazon.

Long story short I fell in love with this movie in a way that I haven't with any other one of his films (and I love most of them). I literally felt like I was in 1969 as we spend a few days in the life of these characters. The cinematography, the characters, the immersive historical fiction crafted around these fake actors, etc all put me into a euphoric state that I normally don't get with films. I wanted to see every episode Rick Dalton was in, I wanted to be able to stream Bounty Law, and I wanted to watch all of the spaghetti westerns...that don't actually exist.You may find this film boring...that's fair, but many of you will fall in love like I did. The collector's edition has more stuff for those of you who love this film including a poster, an EP, and more.

First off, 'Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood' is a masterpiece. But, I would rather write about this Collector's Edition.The hardcover book case really gives this a classic look. It matches the look of the film and really separates it from other special packaging. It looks great on a shelf and definitely stands out.All the included extras are fantastic. Nothing looks or feels like an afterthought. The items really feel as though they were meant as a "Thank You" for being a fan. Plus, they look great enough that I will showing it off to everyone.The 4K transfer is fantastic. Every frame looks crisp and the colors really shine. This is one of the very few 4K experiences that will "wow".I use my Xbox One S to watch my Blu-rays and have not had any issues playing these discs. I could not be happier.

Lastly, but really FIRST - the 4K transfer. Absolutely BRILLIANT! I have seen the film 4 times including an RSVP screening performance at the original Cinerama DOME (from the film) in LA with Tarantino speaking and the colors, clarity and production designs took me back instantly to 1969 on Sunset Blvd and all its mind-tripping glory! For the price, one will be much honored to own this slick piece of 1960’s movie magic that could be Oscar’s Best Picture of 2020! Tarantino’s first such Win and deservedly so!

This box set is amazing! I wish Tarantino would release more of his films like this. Not only is this my favorite movie of 2019 but I think it’s my favorite film from Tarantino’s incredible career.This is Tarantino’s least violent movie (until the very end). Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood is funny, scary and even sad at times. Of course, the soundtrack is awesome and the cinematography is beautiful. I highly recommend this movie even for people who might not be that into Tarantino movies.

Could have included the soundtrack. Bought it anyway. Love this feature top 3 of Tarantino's filmography. Or romulans
