Best for dipping cake balls
I have been using this chocolate for 5+ years to dip my cake balls for Christmas treats. They are flawless. I dipped 532 balls using 4 bag. I give these to my team at work. Cheaper than taking them out to lunch/dinner.

Very rich flavor
It has a very rich flavor. The melting point when placed in the fountain is a bit slow, but microwaving the bag does make it easier, but you lose material in the bag.

Doesn't Flow
Terrible! This was clearly meant for fondue pots, not fountains. I ordered the Sephra milk chocolate a few weeks ago and it flowed like a dream. The dark chocolate was clumpy and never flowed properly even though I melted it per the instructions and heated the fountain in advance. We had a blowout Halloween party and it was really embarrassing that this chocolate didn't perform as expected. I finally mixed in some vegetable oil and it flowed a bit better, but still not a smooth curtain like I experienced with the milk chocolate. If I had known, I would have put this in the fondue pot and the nacho cheese in the fountain.
