Question 1: If the Blomed amplifier is not working normally. Solution: Make sure it is turned to the ON position. When using Zinc Air batteries, adhesive tab must be taken off and Battery must be sat for a full minute before first use. Check that whether the Battery Compartment is completely closed. Increase the volume slowly to the suitable volume. Make sure Battery is properly inserted. If the Blomed amplifier is still not working, change a new Battery. Question 2: If the Blomed amplifier works, but the volume is too low or too loud. Solution: 1.You could adjust volume. If you find it too loud, press the volume button to lower the volume. If the sound is too low, increase the volume. 2.If it doesn’t work, Try to switch to other listening Mode. 3.If the sound is still too low, you could change a new battery. 4.If the sound is still too loud, check the earpiece for blockage or make sure earpiece is clean and inserted securely. 5.Your hearing may be too sensitive to use the Blomed. You could contact us and we would arrange a return and refund and turn to your doctor or audiologist for help. Question 3: There are whistling sounds. Solution: Firstly, lower the volume. Make sure that it always begins with volume at the lowest point and then slowly increase volume until you feel it the most comfortable. Make sure earpiece is clean and inserted properly. Question 4: There is disconcerting noise in the background. Solution: 1. Make sure you are gradually accustomed to the Blomed by slowly raising its volume and gradually increasing the usage time. It is important to get used to both sounds you are focusing on the background noise as well. 2. Adjust to the suitable mode and volume settings. If the sound is still disconcerting, you may be too sensitive for Blomed. You may contact us and arrange a return and refund.

Use the proper earpiece
At first I had problems with feedback, but when I put in the largest earpiece the amplifier worked well. Be sure to use the proper earpiece - the largest one that fits into you outer ear. Otherwise any sound will feed back into the microphone and cause feedback sounds - high-pitched whistles.

FANTASTIC
It is easy to set up. If you are used to wearing a Bluetooth this is no difference.As you can see in the picture it can be worn with glasses.The only issue I had was that it seemed to work fine in my good ear but not in my bad ear.Then I read in the booklet about making sure the silicone ear pieces are debris free.It comes with a brush but I was still getting a loud screeching sound.I used rubbing alcohol on the silicone earpiece and on the outer part of my ear. Evidently I might have had some ear dubri that interfered with how it functioned.

They work too well! You can hear conversations in the next room.
I ordered the hearing aids because they seemed very reasonably priced. If they didn’t work it was no loss because normal hearing aids cost much much more. When they arrived the one hearing aid had a mode selector that always stayed in the mode that you would use in a quiet room. I had some correspondence with the seller which took a little time because they were someplace where they began work at 11 PM. They were helpful and try to solve the problem and they ultimately did. I replace the defective hearing aid by one that worked. The hearing aids work well. In fact they work too well. In using them I have found that the mode that I can use is the mode that they recommend four train stations or airports. Even with that mode I turn the volume to its lowest level. At this level I can stand conversations in a room. Dog barking is much too loud and hi Shell voices are troublesome. So if you want really good working aids, these are the aids for you!They come in an attractive box, they have two batteries, The battery seem to last at least two weeks or more, they are a little larger than my previous aids. There is an on and off switch which means that you do not have to remove the battery to turn off the aid. At first I was concerned that the hearing aids were not left and right oriented. Upon use they very quickly adapt to the side you use them.Because the amplify sound so well I often use only one of them in the ear that is less sensitive to sound.

Wonderful hearing with bothears.
Couldn't afford a hearing aid; but thought I would try this. Many of my friends who have paid thousands for their aids do not wear them as they cannot hear any better. So I had the option of return which the ones I spoke to did not The ear piece that was in it kept getting loose. Cat hated the shriek. Anyway I changed to a different piece and it fits perfectly. Can I purchase Battery for it from your company? it is wonderful that I can now hear with both ears.

Hearing aid-hearing amplifier.
Bought this for my wife who has 100% hearing loss in right ear and 80% in left ear. Had tried several very expensive hearing aids that gave her nothing. This little device is nothing short of amazing. It allows my wife to watch TV and DVD movies. She can hear the music for the first time in 15 years. Highly recommend it!

All my friends who have real hearing aids tell me this is just as good.
Amazing product for the money. I have moderate hearing loss. I would definitely recommend this before you spend tons of money on a professional hearing aid.

Good Product; Better Customer Service
I purchased this hearing aid for our son to replace an older one. He liked the mode function and the easier way to setting the volume level. He could hear much better, especially the TV. It worked fine for about 4 months then it just died. I contacted the company through Amazon. They had 2 days to respond, and they did in only one day.They offered to send another hearing aid and I didn't have to return the defective one. Wow! I responded immediately to send a replacement. Less than a week later a new one arrived. We are happy with the product, but even happier with the customer service.
