I am exceptionally impressed with this oil's quality and effectiveness on my joint and back pain. I tested it neat on my mid to lower back where I have osteo arthritis and herniated discs from years of ms related injuries, (spasms, falls, crotch and wheelchair use, etc.) and was impressed with its immediate cooling heat, pain relief. It fully absorbs quickly and was effective with just a couple drops to cover the whole area. I blended it with ginger, st.johns wort, and comfrey leaf/root, infused castor oil, a bit of clove bud e.o. and beeswax for joint and muscle aches. I have given several containers to family and friends who swear by its effectiveness. I will definitely buy this again, and highly recommend it for use as is or in diy blends!

It actually works. Helped my wife with a "frozen shoulder" and me with the Intercostal neuralgia (rib damage). I like natural products but when it comes to severe cases of ailment have to resort to traditional pharmaceuticals. This time Nature won. Some may find that wintergreen oil (the product base) smell may be too overpowering, but first of all, it will open your nasal passages, secondly it is great of getting rid from mice :-)One work of caution, the liniment is aggressive on sensitive areas of body - washing hands afterwards may not be enough. I applied it with my single-use latex gloves on.

I used this product on my sister when she suffered a strained tech neck concern. I massaged her neck with it for three months, and she was well enough to start physical therapy under her doctor’s supervision.

This is a good product I've obtained and used for pain successfully. However, the raised the price outdoing our ability to obtain and use it anymore. I couldn't believe it was nearing $30 now after buying it for nearly $20 - like WHY have a product if no one can afford it to actually get to "USE" it? I am really disappointed everyone is doing this to us, price gouging just because 'they can' I really loved this product a lot, but nearly $30 for a cost over not that long of a time, it is unacceptable and really made me think, why make a product if no one can afford to use it? People have real pain needs, real needs PERIOD. To out price our ability to keep up is making it very hard on the public.

This is amazing to aches and pains. My husband is a runner and when his knees hurt, I rub them with Cayenne Heat and by morning they are much improved. My young son has also noticed that it helps his muscle pains to minimize. We use it at night, especially on my son, since it is a warm oil and can be uncomfortable during the day. But, I love the heat!

I use this to make a natural version of "Ben-gay " muscle rub. So far it's been working fine and smells much better

I love Dr Christopher products. I use many of them and have always gotten great results. I decided to try the liquid version of his cayenne ointment. I wanted to see if it worked as well. It did and it takes me less time to cover my legs with it. This liquid was just as effective in warming the muscles and relieving soreness as the ointment. I use it in conjunction with Dr Christopher's Bone and Tissue gel/liquid. I had developed hard skin and lumps in my lower legs Circulation was not great. I am diabetic. From hours sitting at the computer my legs would swell up. This combination of products softened the hard skin and the lumps melted away. This improved circulation in my legs. Now after a few weeks of use my legs are back to normal. I also try to get up and walk around more to aid the recovery. Very satisfied with the results.

Unfortunately, this is not worth the money. It is not warm, the smell indicates it would be but it brought no relief at all. The liquid color is orange so beware of stains. Also the bottle has a screw on top rather than a spout which makes it very messy to pour. All in all .. not impressed.
