The product is as described. A little slow on charging but overall a great price and good product

I like that this model has a power switch (on/off) which allows me to decide when to utilize the backup power/charge. The Apple version I purchased (and returned), was a constant charge which I did not like. This also charges your phone simultaneously while charging the battery pack....the only downside is that the power pack does not work in a wireless charging device. For the price, it’s great.

Great design and easy to use until it stopped charging after 45 days of use. Won't charge nor let the iPhone within to charge. Had to take phone out of case to charge. Was outside of Amazon 30 return period, customer support provided contact with manufacturer (Euhan). Sent in email and received no response from manufacturer. I will not buy from this manufacture again. Buyer beware!

Tried quite a few battery cases, and this was by far the best. Both in terms of battery size and quality of the case. The battery size is a good deal bigger than some of the more well known competitors, but the case itself is much less chunky.My only compliant is that my case has very mushy volume and power buttons. It often does not register clicks very well, and takes me a few times to get it to click.

Works ... but slow charge

It’s a pretty good product, I do not have much to complain about. It adds a little weight to the phone but it feels great when holding and it’s pretty thin for a charging case. The only issue that I have with it, isit how it charges. It’s suppose to charge the iPhone before charging the case it self. But when everything is connected it takes a pretty long time for the phone to charge, as you u should know the 11 pro Mx charges hella fast. But I find that charging them (case and phone) separately solves that problem

I bought this case about 2 years ago for my 11 pro max and absolutely love it still! It has a beveled edge that stand slight proudly so it protects the phone better than any other case I have had (and I have had many!). After about a year or so, the connection to the battery came loose but this was easily fixed by pushing the bottom upwards to make better contact. I would recommend this case highly!

I purchased this and it originally worked for about 3 weeks. I got a replacement and that one stopped working right around 3 weeks as well. One I could see how it might be a defective device, but 2 is just bad products. I’m sending back for a refund!
