Excellent addition.
Although I am using this on a home-built 3D printer, it is an excellent belt tightener. Machining and finish are both top-notch. Toothed idler pulley works great and is smooth in operation. On a Creality Ender it would be easy to install and would be a great addition.

This should come standard on the Ender3
These products should be on the stock Ender3 printer, as they solve alignment issues that the X and Y belts have. Not only does the smaller diameter toothed pully make the axes more accurate, but they keep the belts centered and stop them from rubbing on the frame extrusions. The normal Ender3 config uses the X2020+Y4020 configuration.Installation on the Y axis would typically require you to remove the bed, but I was able to disassemble this new part in order to get the belt in it without taking the bed off. There are two spacers on either side of the toothed pulley-bearing assembly that as near impossible to fit while also feeding the belt, but I used hair spray to stick them to the sides of the new part and keep them in place while I reassembled. This was still very difficult and takes a steady hand or three. I did this because realigning the bed once you have it set is quite annoying. On the X axis, installation is easy as you can unhook the belt without removing other parts in order to feed it through the new tensioner. However, I did have to tighten the new part almost all of the way to get the tension set properly. Ideally the belt should be shorted a slight amount, but that would require adding a new crimp to it.Overall I wish I had been running with these pieces from the start, they eliminate the questions of alignment and tensioning when you are tuning the machine and working through print quality issues.

Perfect Fit to Ender 3 Pro
I recommend upgrading your stock Y-Axis tensioner to this. This makes it 10x easier to adjust the tension. I was struggling trying to get the right tension with the stock tensioner. Once I added this I was able to fine tune my machine and eliminate my layer shifts on the y-axis.

Easy to install when you know what your doing :(
I'm updating my review because I realized I'm the one that messed up. I didn't realize the bed of the ender 3 is not a continuous belt and you can just pass it through. Given that fact I'm updating my review since installation is actually very easy. I still kept a star of because it's tight and hard to adjust so that it slides easily.I bought the Y-axis belt straighten tensioner and am really not fond of it. It is much more painful to install then I thought. It comes with two tiny washers that you are suppose to insert and align with the screw. You need to put the printer sideways to even stand a chance and they take for ever to line up because you can see them moving around beside the bearing. They will fall out over and over. The bracket is a very tight fit around the printer Y axis bar and scratches it.Once it is install you need the bolt that holds the pulley is hard to get right. You either have a loose bar that can move or you have it too tight which prevents you from adjusting the belt tension. I think it could be better designed with-out washers and with a different way of holding the pulley that is less finicky and more stable. I wold pay a few extra dollars for a better one.I have it installed and at least it's a cheap upgrade but I may just remove it if it gives me any more problems.

Saves
This helps a little to cut down on your wear and tear for your belt. Before I had this, I had a problem wth the belts going from side to side a lot and getting shreded a bit. Still travels from side to side, but not as much.

Works on an Ender 5+
These replaced some home-printed tensioners off Thingiverse. These are smaller and required no alterations to use. They replace all three belt x-y tensioners on the 5+, the factory ones are deficient in design, mine started bending at an angle after several months of operation. For the 5+, the 2020 version worked out of the package, short side and long side mounted. Best way to mount is to slack the belt, remove one end from the carriage hook, snake that back through the old tensioner, remove that, mount the new one, snake the belt back through the pulley and hook it back onto the carriage. Adjust the knob so the pulley is slacked off before trying to hook the belt up. When tightened, the pulley has support on both sides unlike the factory ones. I replaced the smooth pulleys with cogged ones, if you remove the pulley from the tightener, there are two shims, one on either side of the pulley, do not lose. A dab of grease will hold them to the pulley while replacing it. Eventually those tiny pulley bearings wear and go noisy, time to replace then. Don't know how long these will last, lasted 6 months to a year on my previous machine in pretty much 24/7 operation. Bearings can be replaced for cheaper than new pulleys. Supplied pulleys and bearings are standard sizes, replacements can be had on Amazon, of varying qualities.

These are nice...
I really like these. I don't understand in all cases why people took issue with these upgrades. I found them easy to install and instantly an improvement over the belt gears that Ender 3 came with. I am worried that the tighteners will come lose over time, but, as of yet, they are holding tight. Good upgrade for a good price. Happy Printing.

Product description awful.
Despite the photo showing two pieces and a confusing select process. BEWARE. YOU ONLY GET ONE PIECE. EACH Axis MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY.I think these seem to br fine products. Tale a few minutes to clean up your pages. .

Excelente mejora
The media could not be loaded.
