Worked as described
I didn’t know what to do to mount my Dishwasher under my granite countertop. Googled it, ordered it from Amazon. Got it right away and worked perfectly

It works! But not sure it’s “standard” size
I replaced my laminate countertops with stone, and suddenly my dishwasher was all loosey goosey. As a rookie homeowner, I had previously thought dishwashers were wall-mounted (which in hindsight, makes zero sense), so this problem really caught me off guard! I did some research and watched the diy YouTube video for this mounting bracket, and it seemed like an easy enough fix.First off, this bracket definitely does its job! However, it was not quite as “standard fit” as it might lead you to believe. I’m pretty sure I have a regular sized dishwasher cut-out in my kitchen, and this bracket was ALMOST too big. I actually think it is too big, and I just kinda made it work because I didn’t want to have to find something else. It is such a snug fit, it was physically very difficult to install, and it actually kind of “clicked” into place when I finally did get it in. I screwed the sides in for good measure, but I don’t think that bracket was going anywhere, with or without the reinforcement! I didn’t use silicone or anything to adhere it to the underside of the countertop, because it simply wasn’t necessary. My one issue with this, which kind of goes hand in hand with the “non-standard fit” thing, is that, rather than being flush with the cabinets, my dishwasher is now slightly and unevenly recessed. Because of the crazy tight fit, when the bracket did “click” into place, there was no adjusting it, and it pushes the top of the dishwasher back a bit. You can see what I’m talking about in the picture where this dishwasher is closed. You can also see in the open dishwasher side shot that the bracket is both set firmly against the dishwasher itself and also as far forward as it can possibly go, so I would not have been able to adjust in any direction once it was in. This was not a deal breaker for me because functionally, my dishwasher no longer falls forward when I pull the racks out, and that’s all that matters to me! I also recognize that most people have a much stronger attention to detail than I do when it comes to aesthetics, and this may be quite bothersome for those people, so just beware that it is a possibility, depending on the size of your dishwasher cut-out.All-in-all, it does its job, and it feels very secure. Now that I’m not fighting with it anymore, I have no complaints!

Perfect solution for our dishwasher problem
We had a new dishwasher installed and it was attached to an old butcher block top. The first time I was loading the dishwasher it pulled the butcher block top away from the wall snd the dishwasher tipped forward. I found this item on Amazon and it was the perfect solution. I attached the bar to the adjacent cupboards and then attached the dishwasher to the bar as instructed in the directions. The dishwasher is now secured and we do not have to replace the butcher block top.

Just what I needed and easy to figure out and install.
Not sure why a plumber (in some other comment) couldn't read the instructions, and figure it out. This is very clear; so much that a 60-year-old female did it!This was exactly what I needed! I have a makeshift counter-top added on to some existing cabinets where I've made a basement kitchen. My handy-man found a counter-top that matched what was in my basement laundry room, and then added a laminated board to the end of that to make an "under-the-counter" dishwasher opening. It isn't exactly the standard measurement for a dishwasher opening, but it works! The only trouble was that the counter-top he found didn't have a very good underside (press board). Add to that that the new dishwasher kept leaking (never buy a Samsung dishwasher, btw!). It was still under warranty, luckily, but the repairman would come out, diagnose it, then say he needed to order a part. Then he would screw it back in to the press board. Rinse, lather, repeat!! After several attempts at finding the reason for the leak (and putting in new dishwasher guts 2 different times!), the underside of the counter was trash, so I found this and decided to try it.I just put it in today. However, because the hole is slightly larger than standard, I had to improvise. In my pictures I've attached, you'll see both ends of the bracket after I installed it. I made one of the bends in the bracket almost flush with the side of the laminated board. The other picture shows where the added counter-top attaches to the existing cabinet, but I bent the flange only half of what it is supposed to be so that I could at least put in one screw, and not real tight. The other picture is basically taken as if you were lying on your back on the floor looking up at the underside of the counter-top. I also included a shot of the portion of the instructions that is for Existing installations rather than for new stone counter-tops that haven't yet been installed. (I liked the idea one customer had of adding a picture of the instructions, but they were not readable, unfortunately, so hopefully this will be once I post it.)I also used silicone caulk, as the instructions say. I haven't had a chance to test the durability of my installation, but up to this point, it was what I needed and simple to install.

What's not to like?
Our Corian countertop would not allow a deep fitting into our cabinetry and jutted out 1 1/2 inches. Adding this to the underside of the counter gave us another 1" of mounting depth, allowing the dishwasher to be almost flush with the cabinets.Install took all of 15 minutes, just because I was being paranoid and needed to relevel the dishwasher afterwards.

Easy enough install. Watch some Youtube videos.
I had quartz countertops installed in a couple of kitchens. Contractor failed to secure my dishwashers (2) to the quartz. Then he was too busy to show up to get it done. Finally I couldn't wait any longer so I googled for solutions and came across some video about this product. Ordered this part online and did it myself in a couple of hours. Pretty sure this part is your only solution for a dishwasher with stone countertops.

Shocked how few people know about this magical install tool
I’m shocked how hardly anyone knows about this tool. It’s a must for many homes that have granite or quartz counters to get this part so they can screw in their dishwashing machine without damaging their expensive counters. The part is almost universal for almost any dishwasher, and anyone can install it after watching online install videos.

Works perfectly!
Easy to install and works perfectly. The original installers of the dishwasher just screwed the dishwasher into the side cabinets. Eventually that method failed and caused some damage to the cabinets that needed some wood filler to fix. Didn't want to do that again and came across this product. Pefect! I was a little skeptical that the 2 little machine screws they provided would hold the dishwasher in place. I was happy to be wrong. Cabinets are safe and dishwasher securely installed. Make sure you measure properly so that bracket is square under the counter to ensure perfectly spaced and professional looking install. Only reason for 4 stars was due to the price. A little pricey for a piece of metal and some screws.

Universal Dishwasher Mounting Bracket
I had a dishwasher to mount under a granite counter top. I didn't want to damage the granite, so I purchased one of these mounting brackets. None of the Appliance stores had a bracket like this. Other alternatives they offered would not work on my model.Simply slide the bracket between the top of the dishwasher and bottom of the counter top. Fasten the bracket by epoxy or glue, OR you can mount the bracket by screws on the end tabs to the side cabinets or wall depending where your dishwasher sits. Little screws come with the kit to secure the bracket to the cabinets, and to secure the dishwasher into the bracket. You may have to adjust the front feet on the dishwasher up or down to accommodate the bracket. A beginner could easily install this bracket in less than an hour with hand tools.
