Purchased for my son and he loves the book and how it was written. He is not one who normally reads but he got right into this. Even stated he couldn't believe everything this man had gone through. Considered a great read.

This book is so interesting. A great deep dive into the insane life of the one and only a Johnny Cash. It really helps you to underhand him more and learn all about his fascinating life.

I found this book to be what I was looking for and that is the truth about the life of Johnny Cash. He was an interesting person who led an interesting life. It is obvious he was blessed with musical talent and used it to make a living. I was pleased to read that Mr. Cash was never in prison. If you want to know other interesting facts about this music legend read this lengthy book. I enjoyed reading this biography. Mr. Cash was honest. I’m also an Elvis fan and liked the few stories he told throughout. Mr. Cash made such an impact in music. While I do like his older music and gospel music, my favorites are the American recordings.

A must read for any true Johnny Cash fan.
