Clinical Nursing Skills and Techniques, 8th Edition

This book was very helpful! I loved the quizzes in the back of the book. I also liked the rationals that are given for nursing plans. I would buy it again! Great book that teaches you nursing skills and the rational as to why you are performing these task.

This book was considerably cheaper then the ones in my school bookstore. Book received was brand new and still in shrink wrap. However the shipping time was the longest for this book out of 10 that I ordered. Not sure if it was due to the inclement cold weather that we had during that time.

Very happy with this book! Got rid of my nursing books many years ago!! At 60, sometimes you have to looks things up!!!

Hey, c'mon Amazon--it's a required textbook for my nursing school. It doesn't matter whether I like it, or how much. Frankly, I think it repeats a LOT of what's in the actual textbook--this is supposed to be sort of a workbook and skills book; so I think this is simply a ploy by Elsevier to sell more books, if not more actual content. But my nursing school likes it, requires it, so I hardly have any choice, no matter my opinion of it.

Best Practice standards. Clear, concise, well photographed. As an educator, I will be using this book as a reference and guide for nurses.
