I have been using these sweeteners for many years. The Swiss get them right. One should be careful not to use too many - so I think 2 per day is possible. Would not be without them. Easy to take along on trips.

These tiny tablets sure packs a punch and the flavor is not bitter like the big brands here in the USA. I tend to get the jitters from artificial sweeteners and so don't use them much, but when I do, I use these (in coffee, tea) and they do not affect me negatively. Being so tiny, they are so convenient when traveling. I put a few dozen in a tiny bag and it takes up no room at all. Buy it, your friends will find them fascinating.

My favorite sweetener for tea coffee cocoa. Easy to dispense and the small 1,200-ct container lasts a long time. Greatly prefer this to ripping open 1,200 sweetener pouches containing powder that is mostly dextrose substrate.
