I made my own fixture to hold 4 infrared lights to put in my steam sauna. I made the fixture easily removable so we can still take a regular sauna. The lights are high quality and throw out a lot of heat. My wife loves using them, so this is a huge win. Highly recommended.

Works great for red light therapy and a low cost infrared sauna. I installed four bulbs in inexpensive 300 watt heat bulb rated reflector clamp lamps inside my Relax Cube steam sauna tent with reflective aluminum interior also from Amazon. Now I can use the tent for a steam or dry sauna with red light therapy. Gets up to around 104 inside which is perfect for a 20 minute sauna session.

Very happy with my ruby bulbs, they are good quality and work as expected.

Happy! This glass - bulb All red, so be carful!My lamp broke (2nd n a yr), so thought bulb went out. Cldnt see inside build trying diff angles in diff light! I had bought two bulbs I tried the other and it didn’t work either so that was that Aha moment. So I broke down & bought Another IR standing lamp (🤞🏽On this one), low n behold the bulbs worked again! Yah~Theyre Not the heavy glass ( like headlight covers 1’s, yet work great & w/10stage of brightness, on 10 it doesn’t illuminate the whole house, as the harder headlight tipped ones do! Hv bought from this seller before & now, I will continue with this seller, havnt failed me Once!!

I bought this for DYI NIR sauna.I begun with one bulb a month ago and after a short usage bought another two bulb set.The three bulbs together throw fantastic heat which really warms you up on those chilled days.I presently have the 3 bulbs in brooder light fixtures clipped vertically and hanging off a Jungle GYM XL (like trx suspension trainer) for slight hight adjustment. I will probably add one more bulb in which case there'd be no need for any adjustment. One of the biggest selling features for me is the "No UV to Block, No Teflon, No Fluorinated fumes, No Mercury Vapor, No Toxic Substances and No FAR Infrared. CE certified. "

I purchased a set of these for general well being & detox after researching available options. I am very happy with the quality of the bulbs and my subjective experience for the health benefits. My particular objective is promoting brain health due to a genetic vulnerability to Alzheimer’s (APOE4/4). Conceptually this routine treatment will support detox and other restorative processes. Candidly I do not have the clinical metrics available to prove the efficacy of the infrared sauna routine. This is one reason I opted for a cost-effective approach and why trusting the reasonably priced lamps was key to my decision to purchase. In any event, very happy with the bulbs.

One of the bulbs died after a couple of uses and I unfortunately dropped it while trying to inspect it. My fault for dropping it but the fact that it burned out so soon is 👎
