This one is all Japanese but with the illustrations along with help from the Panasonic P104 manual (with recipes in English too), we were able to figure this machine out. Basic bread making: 1. Use the arrow buttons to select your menu item. 2. Put all ingredients (except yeast) in the pan fitted with the mixer attachment. 3. Put your yeast in the yeast dispenser. 4. Press the Start button (big square button). We also bought a convertor to use with the bread maker to ensure the wattage difference doesn't affect the life of the machine. If you want a Japanese machine but this one is too much trouble, Zojurushi makes a US version bread maker. Makes delicious bread and very easy to use. Woken up by the smell of freshly baked bread is the most satisfying thing in the morning! Chose this older model with only 20 menus because I didn't think I would need and use all the modes, turns out I was right - I almost only use 2 or 3 modes, normal bread, soft bread and bread with whole grain. 1 Jin is good for a family of 3-4 for 1-2 days. Don't forget to buy a bread cutting guide on Amazon JP as it's so much cheaper (and made in Japan!)

大変に満足です。迷いに迷ってこちらを購入しました。音もねりの後？途中で８回だけペチンペチンと叩く様な音しますが、後はとても静かです。早焼き＋スイートで混ぜくるみチーズで焼くとクリーミーで美味しかったです。自分好みの味に日々挑戦中です。商品購入時に残り1個とありましたが、買ってもまだ残り1個とあり、あれ？って思いました。売れても残り1個なのでしょうか？

I received my home bakery this afternoon and couldn't wait to try out. I made a whole wheat bread with honey and it was a huge success. This is my first time using a HB I couldn't believe how easy and successful my bread turned out to be. I think the noise level of this HB is really quiet, I believe my dog won't wake up even if I set the timer and it starts to bake at night. I will try out many more recipes very soon. Although it only have 20 menus in this HB but I think it's enough for me already because I mainly want to make healthy fresh bread for my family.
