I wish I could give these more star! They are so comfortable and sturdy. I’ve always hated how the rubber ones bunch and slide. My yoga pants in my video are the ‘slippery’ spandex and these bands held in place! The size is perfect too, just wide enough to easily fit slide up to my thighs. The range in resistance is great. When I first opened them I almost thought they all were too tight but the lightest resistant one offers just a moderate amount of resistance for low impact training. I’m very happy I took a chance on these, well worth the money.
