It's of costume grade material which is lite to wear and flowing. When your wearing 30 pounds of stuff, every bit counts. Everything in the picture except my homemade stand is from Amazon, none of it matches but it still looks good.

Good costume for halloween

Worn all day in a very active setting. Looked great. Easy to function while wearing it.

Breathable fabric, great for layering and fully customizable. You’ll need a belt as it does not come with one but worked great for my husband’s first renaissance Faire. He likes how light the fabric was which prevented overheating.

2x is too small for my 240ish pound son. He is built like a tank, 45 chest, waist. have to find another tunic, it will be returned. Belt has a metal buckle, material of tunic not at all sheer. Arms a little tight on him.

It looks great! Very comfortable fabric, somewhat stretchy but don't rely on that if it's small. It looks great with my false chainmail and intend to use this for Renaissance fair to dress as a teutonic knight.Suggestions for any surcoat to look better: cut off sleeves and wear fake/real chainmail under it, put a belt around the waist, and wear some type of cloak on your back. I suggest buying one that matches the design on your surcoat. Research different orders of knights and figure out what they wore to be as accurate as possibleOr just do what you want. It's you're costume.

Scout Event with a Renaissance Theme - purchased this tunic to match what was asked of the staff. Really easy to quickly flip between Scout Uniform and the cover with the Tunic. stuffs down small into a backpack and each to carry - so can take with you easily throughout the day. Not too hot nor cold to wear. No wrinkle fabric makes it easy to pull out and place over my uniform and go. Just as easy to strip off for flag ceremonies. Fabric is slightly stretchy

Just what I needed for the St. Joan of Arc costume I have.

The stirching of the red cross in the front was poorly sewn. The material was frayed, I had to bring it to our seamstress to fix.Otherwise it is a nice tunic, my son really likes it and says it is comfortable and is a good fit.
