Replacement for electric start button on 8hp 2 stage snapper snow blower
Summary: Spring in old button died, so it stayed down / engaged. Couldn't find exact replacement part, but this matched all the connections, and worked perfectly.Only issue was getting old switch off - its a 2 part case, that is hard to separate without breaking it. Found a YouTube site showing how to gently tap on the edge while holding the other half as firmly yet gingerly as you can in a vice. It eventually came apart, and I was able to replace it.I took old switch off and took it apart before looking for new one, to be sure I got the right connectors, etc.

Replaced lid switch in Kenmore washing machine
Lid switch broke in our old 80 series Kenmore washer which prevented the cycle from entering spin mode. This HQRP switch was a direct replacement for the broken Cherry switch and fixed the problem.

Tecumseh electric start switch replacement
This switch seems to be working well as a Tecumseh 110v starter switch replacement. I can't comment on the longevity but it seems well made.
