Yes; it has a turntable. It is a great microwave.

Buttons won’t press for clock setting but ok for cooking.Is there a film over numbers?

Yes, there is a plastic film over buttons. You have t remove it. You can set the clock. Read the instruction booklet. It is a little different than the older microwaves. Procedure is just a little more complex.

Can it be mounted under cabinet?

It has no brackets for under counter mounting.

is this microwave ADA compliant?

I do not believe this microwave would meet all the qualifications for the ADA. You do need one hand on the handle and one hand near the top of the microwave to keep it from sliding toward you when you open the door. The description does not indicate that it is, so I would say the answer is "no". Here are the requirements: ADA Requirements for Microwaves Maximum high forward reach for controls and operating mechanisms is 48"; maximum low forward reach is 15". Controls and operating mechanisms must be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist.
