Excellent product! The Caresmith Eon heats quickly with fast charging and zero leakage. Dual insulation silicone design feels very comfortable and safe. Provides effective pain relief, retains heat for long, and shows great durability. Truly reliable and worth the investment.

It delivers the promise but can't be sure that it works after a year of usage
Hi, I have been using the product for little more than a year now, and I must say that the product is excellent, but sadly it has a time limit..It just stops working. But all the time I have used it, it was exceptional! No complaints on that one..But since I was investing 1000 rupees I thought it would last long, but now I understood that it works really well for a year atleast, after that it doesn't. We would have heated it over 250 times and the heating capability and the cut off is top notch. I just hoped it would be for a longer term.

My dad loved this

Heating Light stops working after 8 days
I want to give Zero star, its a defective product. The heating light stopped working after 8 days of use. Amazon is also denying any responsibility, there are dumping defective product in the name of Amazon Now. Water Bags half this price works like a charm. Worst product.
