Insult to the tastebuds
The item arrived very leaky which made me concerned for the safety and quality of the Umeboshi. When I tasted them, they were HORRIBLE. My taste buds were very insulted!! Overbearingly salty with a slight sourness.I absolutely love umeboshi and I was really looking forward to having some... and I was severely let down. Complete waste of money.

Delicious and very, very expensive.
For $24, one gets 7-8 plums...a premium price for very yummy umeboshi! I may buy them again on a special occasion, but not the sort of thing that I'd be comfortable buying on a regular basis. A real Japanese splurge.

Product Arrived Leaky
Disappointed that for this price... when it arrived... all the liquid leaked out into the amazon bag. Not even sure if this can even be eaten since the seal didn’t hold up.
