9" 40 pcs Thin Drinking Straws Party Origami Stars Craft, Dark Green

These straws are very thin, but that is clearly stated in the description. Definitely not good for thicker drinks, also clearly stated. The main reason I purchased these because my son is/was obsessed with green, and since he is growing out of that phase I will not be ordering these again. They served their purpose, but there are much better straws out there.

I've made stars, flowers, fish and hearts with these straws. They are easy to fold but hold their shape. Shipping does take a while so plan ahead. I had a carnival and would have bought more of these, but I didn't have enough time. It did give me the opportunity to try out some other types of straws and these are definitely the best. They would be perfect if you could get them in different lengths, but the 9" does work. The orange star and flower in the picture are made from these straws.

The first straw I used was so flimsy I couldn't use it to mix Crystal Light in my drinking glass, one of the main purposes of wanting straws. Then when I sucked on the straw it collapsed on itself. However, the second straw I used was more sturdy. It stirs and it allows me to drink without the straw flattening. These are okay for the price.

I love these green straws, and I used them for St Patrick's Day, but they are perfect to use all year round!

I could not find this item at party city. Yellow is my son's fav color. Good price. Thanks great item.

Using for art projects, just right!Cheap, quick and economical product. Kids love them and they are easy to work with.
