Amazon why would I comment on the thickness? We are dealing with a glycerin based product therefore thicker than water yes it is. Sheer really Amazon i can see lifht through the little bottle as we shine a head lamp towards the rump the suppository is to land. Medicine and other factors constipation nearly always solved in 15 minutes of insertion. That in and of itself is an odd reason we find this peoduct on our shelves as it works smoothly without painful side effects.

I love to use enemas every now and then to simply cleanse my colon. I would imaging that using natural oils (such as castor oil for example) is probably more beneficial than using mineral oil. I already have enema kit that I use. If one is using this at home, make sure you are doing it in the bathroom and close to the toilet. There is definitely relief and some benefit of doing this on the regular basis I prefer open colonic clinics to do it yourself approach, but if professional colonics are not financially available, this is a good Plan B approach.
