Awesome
Bought one of these in like 2019 because I change my own oil (2003 Mustang GT). Talk about it all the time with other car guys and they all say the same things. Either that it will leak or I'll hit a bump and it will come undone and I'll be driving down the highway unknowingly dumping oil. The only thing thats happened is a lot of time saved changing oil. I just bought another for my Lincoln Town Car. I love it and have never had any issues.

Makes oil changes so much simpler
I've purchased these for two of my vehicles and I couldn't be happier. I no longer have to worry about spills, a torque wrench, stripped threads, or replacing crush washers during an oil change. Simply turn the lever and the oil comes out mess-free. I have yet to have either of these valves leak as they're holding up perfectly so far! I highly recommend these for those who do their oil changes at home!

Simply Exceptional!!!
I have installed these on multiple vehicles for the sheer ease of use and as a way of hooking up a tube and draining right back into a bottle or container. Even better is I never have to worry about stripping a drain bolt or having to replace a seal. And, my mechanics love it, too!

Does not work.
It was nearly impossible to figure out which one of these I should buy for my car. I had to go to their website and decipher an impossible spreadsheet. After figuring out which one fit my car (2016 Acura TLX SH-AWD) they said I would need an adapter to clear the bottom of the oil pan. Cool, no worries. Bought the adapter too. With the adapter installed and then attempting to attach the valve…it will not spin on. It hits the bottom of the oil pan. Back it off, rotate 90 degrees, try again. It hits part of the frame. This thing absolutely does not fit a 2016 Acura TLX. Had to return it and the adapter.

Great device if you're a DIYer ... but ...
I change my own oil and sometimes my friends. This neat little device prevents that dramatic moment when your drain plug comes out and hot dirty black oil pours out, with disturbing results if you're not properly set up to contain it. This unit fit my 2010 Mazda 6 WITH the suggested extension. The extension threads in first nicely, and you can easily tighten it with a socket. BUT ... attaching the valve to the extension is a bit trickier. A socket won't work, only an open end wrench or adjustable wrench will work. Unfortunately there are only 3 flats available on the valve for attaching a wrench instead of the desired 6. So it took quite a bit of maneuvering to get that thing tightened past hand-tight. The good news is once you're set you're done with it forever, and draining your oil is a simple matter of flipping the tiny valve handle 90 degrees. And the valve handle locks in place when you close it. You can even attach a hose to it to send it to your collection bucket. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Works, check to make sure the o-ring is going to seal before installing.
Installed this when I updated the oil pan from plastic (thanks Ford) to a later model year metal one on my 2011 F250 Powerstroke. The o-ring is a bit smaller on this than the OEM plug and doesn’t quite match up to the sealing surface. I put some anaerobic thread sealant on just in case, the pan and plug were both clean so I figured there would never be a better time. It’s only been on there for about 500 miles and no leaks, obviously haven’t actually used the valve portion to change oil yet but that part is pretty straightforward. I actually got this as a “used” part, there was Teflon tape on the threads, someone had tried to seal it I guess, Teflon probably isn’t going to work on straight threads though!

Fits 2017 Miata perfectly and it's such a Time saver
I got this for my 2017 Miata because I change my oil a lot and it's been such a Time saver. I probably used it at least 10 times already and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. If you do a lot of oil changes on your car it's totally worth it

Great product
Very easy to install and use. Makes oil changes so much easier and less messy, as you have to only open the valve with lever on the top to drain the oil, eliminating the risk of getting the oil on your hands or getting burned by the spill. Highly recommended.

いい感じです。
上抜きポンプがどうも上手く取れないので,この,ドレンコックを使う事にしました。ワンタッチな感じで,素早くオイルを抜くことができ,とてもいい感じです。スパナが17か19ですね。うっかり用意してなくて,モンキーでやったので サイズが・・・どこかに書いてあったかな??? レバーの向きが後ろ側になったけど,こういう設計かな,少しやりづらいかなーと思ったけど慣れでしょうね。ホースをつなぐジョイントも併せて買ったので廃油は散らからないように回収できます。蓋も付けたから,ごみもたまらないでしょう。ポンプよりは,長持ちしそうだな。

Well made and does the job
I fitted this valve to the engine sump of my 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 L Turbo engine. It seats well and is tight. Its the right overall length and does not interfere with the protective plastic cover. The valve comes with an ‘O’ ring which acts as a sealing ring so you do not need to use the original Aluminium crush washer when you screw the valve in.

HONDA N-ONE GJ1に取り付けました。 取り付け部分の延長パーツA-106 が必要です。 ホンダ独特の低過ぎとも思える最低地上高の為、ユーザー自身が整備しようとすると レンチのアームが地面や車の下回りに当たってしまい、まさに地獄を見る ・・・ダイハツにしとけば良かった・・・大発明! 多分これで下抜きのオイル交換が異常レベルに「極楽」に為るでしょう。 で?1つ疑問、これらの六角状のレンチサイズは「#⁇」でしょうか? 仕方ないので手で回せる限界まで回し、200㎞程走りオイル漏れを確認、 しっかりとオイル漏れは有りませんでした・・・ 嫌いですがモンキーの購入を考えています

オイル交換が楽に出来る。早く買っとけば良かったと思う商品でした。毎回オイル交換時ドレンパッキン新しく交換したり締めすぎないか気にしてるのが皆無になった。捻ればオイル出るから楽チンです。
