Wow. I ordered wool blankets from two different vendors and ...wow. This blanket here is twice the price and less than half the quality of the other one I ordered. Literally it feels like one of those throw away furniture moving blankets. Can't imagine how this could keep anyone warm. I held it up to a light and I could see light through its weave. I sat holding this thing in my hands and I tried reasoning to keep it, but the only reason I hesitated in returning it was it was U.S. made. But even that didn't justify keeping this frail thing which cost more than double the other one I got which was made in India. Sad.

I bought this for my son for christmas. I wasn't sure it would be what he wanted. I was very happy when he told me it was just like the one he had in the army. He was very satisfied!

Attentio.. March forward into the war zone of winter with this authentic wool blanket. Wasable and sturdy. And there is something sexy about olive drab. Great for camping or for emergency in your car.

This is a lie. This is NOT the same blanket issued. The stamped U.S. is not govt issued goods. Do not buy unless you want a furniture cover type blanket. Nasty.
