Although these cookies taste absolutely awesome, for an extremely low carb product, there is something very sneaking going on.I have bought these cookies, for close to a yr. I actually overstocked myself, and took a couple of months off, before purchasing again. Hmmmm...the cookies, and the box were much smaller!Up until this purchase, there were 8, 4oz cookies, = 32 oz, 2 pounds.Upon closer examination , there are STILL 8 cookies, but only TWO ounces each! This equals 16 oz, or, ONE POUND! The price is actually UP, a slight amount, however, not significant .So...Great cookies, half the weight, same price! Did the Know Cookie Company, actually KNOW this, get us hooked on a good cookie, and think we would not notice? I actually purchased 2 boxes, without realizing I had been had!I am going to search for a more honest brand. They are not inexpensive....17. Or 18/ box, if memory serves me right!Too bad, they have just lost a very loyal customer.

The cookies taste great. However, the company has reduced the size and kept the same price. Seems tricky to me.

This use to be so big but now. This little cookies are too little. $19 bucks for this is rip off just so you "KNOW" I'll never buy them again.

They starting shipping cookies half the size that they were before without notifying anyone! They used to be quite large ( 390 cals) so I ordered them again and now they are mini cookies (180 cal). What a scheme on their behalf to all the sudden cut them in half the sizd!!!

Well I was initially sold on the cover of this cookie because it said it had 3net carbs. I so I went ahead and purchased it but was disappointed when I received the product and actually read the label. 26 grams of carbs -the 5 grams of fiber made this more like 21 net carbs so I thought this was very misleading. I also read on the packet that the 18g of the sugars are derived from Allulose? Mmmhhh “sugar free sugar”I’m afraid to have these and all my hard work go down the toiled! It took me to long to get into Ketosis to blow it on a cookie.Has anyone tried these and been able to stay on ketosis?Also buyer beware: NO RETURNS****I went ahead and had one they are good but I’m still waiting to see if I can stay in ketosis and eat these.

This is the first review I've ever written on Amazon and I've been ordering for years and years. I feel compelled to do so in order to avoid someone else falling victim to these "cookies." I was originally so enticed when I read about them that I ordered all three flavors - I have just dumped all the boxes in the trash. Personally the cookie I ate has made me ill. Notwithstanding this could just be a personal reaction. However, do your due diligence and understand what is actually in these - Allucose. My brief google research reveals its some derivative of GMO corn. This is no health product.

I have been following a keto plan for a few months now. These cookies are about what I expected. They aren't dessert type sweet cookies. The texture is dense and cake like, and the flavor is a bit on the bittersweet side- so if youre expecting chips ahoy you'll be sorely disappointed.For those of us not expecting a miracle- they are really good. Feel like I am eating food- not junk.Side note- I do test my blood for ketones and ate one for lunch yesterday and one as a snack after dinner. They did not effect my levels at all.I had the cinnamon one out of the package and I warmed the double chocolate in the microwave and had it with some whipped cream. satisfied me.

The cookie appears to be smaller than when you bought 4 to a pack than is now an 8 pack. It seems by calling it an 8 pack, the price was raised and the cookie smaller to make you think you are getting more cookies for the higher price.
