My 4-year-old daughter wanted to be a police officer for Halloween. After trying on several police officer costumes at the costume stores, I just was not impressed by the cheap uniforms, especially the hats. I vowed to make a better costume and I was able to do just that with this hat. It is VERY well made and sturdy enough for extended us. It really made her costume. We put her in a baby blue polo shirt, navy blue pants, and bought a large black sports bra that looked like a bullet proof vest. This police hat, a badge, and a set of handcuffs completed the look.

I bought this police hat for my 8 year old daughter for Halloween. It was even better quality and look than I expected based on good reviews. It is stretchy so it fit her snugly, but not too tight. I even tried it on and could have worn it. It stood up well through and is packed away for future use in perfect condition.

This is a very nice hat but it runs kind of small. My son is five and has an average sized head but this hat is tight on him. It leaves a mark on his head where it digs in. It fits my three year old much better.

Fits 10 year old head perfectly without using cinch down Velcro adjustment. Good quality costume hat. Real fabric, not plastic "fabric". Adjustment is an elastic band with Velcro built inside the band so it is not visible. Much nicer than Party City hat with adjustable plastic snaps like a trucker hat.

Cheesy. Upon opening the plastic wrap I was surprised to see that the lettering on the badge of the hat appears to be very poorly colored in with a sharpie marker. This made the hat look really cheesy and cheap, how ever those this was a good idea didn’t even stay in the lines.

I was the greatest grandma last year w this gift for my 4 yr old grandson!! He's so in awe by those in uniform!! He wore this cap all day. I think it lost it's 'thrill' after a couple weeks - but was well worth it while it lasted just seeing the look on his excited face when he opened it. Well made.
