Not for larger frame hikers
I received this product on time and in good condition. It seems fairly well constructed but at the tender age of 69 with plenty of miles on my hiking shoes I have to be honest. In my opinion and based on attempting every possible strap and belt configuration this pack is designed for folks under 5'10" tall and well under 200 lbs. The hip belt is very short and extremely thin, it barely touched the sides of my hip area. I have a 38" waist on a pretty muscular frame. Its improbable that this hip belt could transfer any significant load from your shoulder straps making carrying even a 25 lb load uncomfortable. Again, this review is based solely on the size of the person utilizing the pack, it may be fine for traveling or short day hikes for folks of a more slender build. Another serious drawback is that there isnt any Torso length adjustment other than adjusting the shoulder straps. There are other very good options in this price range to consider

Excellent Lightweight Backpack
This backpack is a lightweight (2.5 lb), durable and well made pack designed to take the punishment of multi day hikes season after season. With a sturdy internal frame, well padded shoulder and waist straps, and smooth YKK zipers. It was fully adjustable and very comfortable for hours on end, with over 30+ Pounds in my pack on my last 5 day hike through the Grand Canyon. The ripstop Nylon was water resistant and didn’t show any wear or tear despite the punishment of travelling over rocky terrain the entire trip. Mesh pockets are sturdy and can hold full Nalgene bottles. Multiple adjustable straps and attachments for external storage. Nice sleeping bag storage area and built in rain fly provided. Fit and finish was excellent and of course the amazing pricing on this bag, make it a no brainer. In comparing it to my Osprey Kestral, I can say that my Aveler is 1lb lighter and has just as much capacity and features. Quality of the build seems to be equivalent. Overall value goes to my Aveler Backpack since it is ¼ the price of my Osprey Kestral!! Not too mention is shaves off over a 1 lb from my load. Im extremely pleased with my Aveler Backpack as it has exceeded my expectations for a low cost backpack. Go get one now!

More usefully designed pack than my more expensive Teton and North Face packs
Easy choice if you pack a traditional tent with collapsing poles. Very well designed, and everything has a spot to pack. There is nothing worse than having a great backpack that doesn't have spots for everything you need. This one does, it is well built, and very inexpensive. If you can live with the 50L size (just a few days worth of camping to pack), then this is a no brainer, even if you just want it as a backup to more expensive bags. I usually don't write reviews, but I thought I would share my pleasant surprise that an inexpensive bag was more useful than my other, more expensive bags. Excellent buy!

Good Quality and Nice Color
I bought this bag for my mom for our Alaska trip. I was looking for a bag that has enough space with rain cover in cheap price since my mom might use it only for this trip. I did not expect much before i received this bag. Actually it has really good quality and the material for waterproof is nice. Our stuff did not get wet under heavy rain when we were hiking in Alaska. The red wine color looks good in the photos as well.

Too small (vertically) in the torso and too large in the waist
I really wanted to like this lightweight and inexpensive pack. It came highly rated on a Youtube influencer's gear review site, too. However, this pack is made for a very short person with a very large waist. I am 5'-6" and the straps are way too low on me. For it to be comfortable and not place excessive weight on my shoulders, the chest strap is at my chin. The torso height is perfect for my 5'-0" child. The waist, however, is crazy large. I have a 35" waist, and when I make it tight, I have an extra 14 inches of webbing on each side. My 120lb child cannot make it tight enough around her waist. Other than that, I like it. But unfortunately I must return this since it just won't work for me.

Overall fine backpack but have couple of flaws that needs to be fixed
Overall a fine back pack with resistant fabrics, comes with rainfly cover, good design and well built but have two flaws that needs to be fixed. First, the nylon band on top of shoulder strap that connects to bottom of backpack isn't continuously one band; It is made from two pieces of nylon that doesn't sew together. Quick fix is to make one continuous band from top to bottom which will improve durability, I loaded backpack with 37lbs and that's where it broke. Secondly, the padding on shoulder strap could be thicker or memory foam in my opinion.

Good Bag, frame seems to be bending though
I used this backpack for a 3 day 2 night backpacking trip & it was perfect. During the second day hike though, i noticed that the frame seemed to be bending inward, maybe my pack was too heavy for the intended use but it was about 35-37lb. I also wondered if it was because it had gotten wet since it was quite rainy during the first two days of our hike. Overall it was good. I do wish there was a better way for the pack to carry a water bag, they just have two hooks but my bag didnt have holes so i felt like it would just slide off if i used that.

Unexpectedly pleased
The backpack is not bad. I bought it for a trip home to Belarus. The whole way Boston-Minsk and back through three airports withstood perfectly. I recommend a small price and excellent quality, it is not suitable for a large hike, but this backpack is suitable for a weekend hike.
