Needs proof reading
A good attempt to help people understand how conventional toothpaste is full of bad chemicals and offers two recipes for homemade toothpaste. Fell short IMO because there are other ingredients that also are good in toothpaste; Bentonite clay, ground sage, and then a huge array of essential oils, not just peppermint.I'd like to suggest that someone on the team that writes these books find a good proofreader. Lots of grammatical errors, and that takes away from the quality of the information.

For holistic people
If you are holistic person who is not willing to brush your teeth with processed crap but rather brush your teeth with natural homemade toothpaste that is guaranteed to be more healthy for your body this is for you! IT also has a section for mouthwash that kills bad breath where I now bring it with me everywhere I go

Very good DIY toothpaste guide
In our family we make our soap and body lotions but we have not tried making our own toothpaste yet. This book provides simple, easy to follow instructions on how to do just that, from what I’ve seen ingredients are easy to obtain and do not cost much, a great guide for DIY people like me.

Mildly interesting
There was historical facts and background that I found interesting. I was concerned a little about the use of essential oils in toothpaste as some are for topical use and never to be ingested. There was no mention of this fact. Also only two recipes but I guess that's enough.

What happened to the recipes?
This book has lots of interesting bits of information, and many reasons for making your own toothpaste. However, it only has two recipes for toothpaste. That definitely is not everything I need to know. The book tells you to look on the internet for recipes.

A little repetitive, but good information overall.
I learned quite a bit about what you need to consider when thinking about making your own toothpaste. This was a good introductory book on the subject, though I do wish it had more than two toothpaste recipes included.

it seems like a child's writing
It is free, that is why I tried it. But to be honest, it seems like a child's writing. It is like a child doing some google search and writing a report on this subject. Repetitious in expressions. At the end of the book, it included 3 recipes. Other than that, it was just some general information. Also I am not sure how accurate the information is.

Lots of helpful info about making your own toothpaste
This book has been very informative for me. I didn't know how many harmful chemicals there were in toothpaste until I read this book. I highly recommend this.

Love this book!
I decided to make my own toothpaste when I learned the bad effects of fluoride in our brain. This book has helped me. I really like the way it's written, there are minor flaws though but the message is clear and concise. I highly recommend everyone to read this, make your own toothpaste, save money and be healthy!

No information worth having!
What a waste of time! The author keeps repeating the same stuff....mainly "It's up to you what you put in it" and just two pathetic "recipes" at the end. Don't bother with this one!
