How do you use this? Simply put on your nose, apply pressure and drag downward?

You place it over the blackhead so it fits in the circle part and apply pressure by pushing down on it so the blackhead comes out through the hole. It's beside to do right after getting out of the shower

What is the actual size of the Seki metal. Is the card 6" long or the metal tool?

Hello, The packaging is 6 inches. The metal tool itself measures about 4 inches tip to tip. Hope this helps.

Will this tool work on plugged pores?

Hi, this design works the best of 3 models I tried. I lightly clean my face with a scrub, first, then a warm moist towel for several minutes. Try both ends of the tool, smaller & larger hole. Easily clears blocked pores & most blackheads. Doesn't leave marks or damage the skin.

Is this stainless steel?

Hi, Yes, it made from stainless steel.SuperBiz(PT)
