Far brighter than originals.
These are very bright, and increased my visibility dramatically. I installed a pair on a Thomas bus, and turned on the headlights to test after installing the first light. The difference was pretty incredible to see, as the new light projected at least twice as far down my street and with a nice clear white light instead of a pale orangey glow.I'm not sure yet what the longevity is like, but I bought an extra set just in case. The improved visibility makes such a difference I would gladly replace them 2-3x as often as standard lamps just so I can see and carry my passengers safely.

Lets the light shine on
This type of headlight is getting harder to find. I use them in my semi which requires long hours of being on. I was going thru 1 to 2 a month with the Sylvania brand. (Those typically burn out in the dark in the middle of no where and most likey rain or snow) When looking on the box there life rating was only 300 Hours.This nighthawk brand has lasted 9 months. I will soon order more as this seller has a fair price and ships quick and uses bubble wrap when shipping 👍

Installed on a 1988 Ford semi tractor. Far better than the old ones. No idea how long they will last.

Very Bright
I purchased these to replace 20 year old halogens on a 1980 MCI 9. Until now I had been considering an HID upgrade, however once I installed these I was blown away by the brightness. The vehicle is not used daily so lifespan was less important. These are very bright and a bargain for the money.

Very Pleased
It is 100% correct that old glass Halogen lights degrade with time. I am so very happy with the improvement. My low beams before were very unsafe and I was relying on my high beams more regularly than I should have. I put these new low beams in and I can see 4x farther than the old ones. Goes to show you over time you get used to what you have. I should have replaced these a long time ago for the very little investment in safety to myself and those around me.

These headlights are very little if any, brighter than the bulbs I replaced. Not really impressed. But, good price.
