Well packaged, clean case. Solid HP contraction. Nice touch leaving the original Windows serial on the box with a big arrow pointing to the Win 10 serial. I added a GEForce video card to get 4K output, but the built-in had three display port outputs which would have been useful for a multi-monitor setup. Only issue is that there appears to be only one free power connector inside, so upgrading options are minimal - adding a second HD pretty much does it.

I work on day trading so now the response is so fast with graphics. I'm pretty satisfied. Not expensive and not huge as traditional brands

I bought this computer to setup as a backup one as my other one is starting to malfunction. It showed up with a dent in one side but it seems to be working ok. Loaded all of the programs I use and still seems to be working ok. I haven't hooked it up to my three monitors yet. I believe it is ready to press into service if my other one dies anytime soon. I'm not a gamer so I cannot give a review on that. I didn't need any Tech support so no review of that. I didn't do any comparison shopping so no idea about value for the money.

I really wanted to love this computer, and despite my fears about purchasing a refurbished model I bit the bullet and went for it. It worked very well for the first six months, it booted quickly and performed quite well. Around the six-month mark, I noticed that the SSD health was declining by an average of 1% per week. Utilizing an SSD health monitoring tool called Hard Disk Sentinel, I saw the SSD health decline from 100% to 99%, and it gradually continued declining weekly from then on. My SSD is currently at 80% health, and will soon go down to 79% based on past averages. Remember, this SSD is only a year old, and I only utilize my computer for basic web surfing and social media. I do not download movies or play games. The brand of SSD that TekRefurbs used is called KingFast, which I determined to be a cheap Chinese knockoff that performs terribly and is not reliable. I did contact TekRefurb to request a replacement SSD, and I received a very rude response, basically telling me to deal with it. Well, I am not one to deal with horrible product quality and rude customer service after paying good money for a computer I expected to last longer than a year. TekRefurbs should at the very least lose their right to claim to sell a true quality refurbished computer. They are a horrible company, and clearly do not stand behind their products. I will pursue this matter until it is resolved to my satisfaction.

Almost brand new. Easy setup with just few clicks. The support was impressive. I got a response in less than 30 minutes I would say better than HP.

The renewed item came with the main unit, power cord, keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse was filthy dirty. When I saw how dirty the keyboard and mouse were, I turned on the main unit on to make sure it can boot up to windows. I unit come missing with one of those blue plastics adapter to support 3.5'' drives. I will most likely not order renewed product from "StallionTek Certified" in the near future.
