A Cheap and Easy Solution!
Ok, first of all, these said they would take over a week to arrive, but they were here in less than two days! Bonus! I bought these on a whim that they might be a decent solution for a project that I had. I have two outdoor security cameras. Not cheap ones, either. So I wanted to make sure they were well installed on the front and side of my house. But obviously I don't want to drill into my siding if not necessary, either...I don't want to make a mistake, or end up taking down these particular cameras someday and leaving holes in the siding where rain water can get in. So for somewhere around $12, these were at least worth a shot, right? So I pull two out of the pack and they look simple enough. I take the screws out of them and slide them through the back end of my camera mounts. What freaking luck, they are a dead on size match! So then I take the camera outside, climb up on the ladder, and attempt to slide it (with two of these hooks) under the siding. It literally took about 5 seconds until they were attached to the siding! I'm not sure about the sturdiness or how they'll hold up in a heavy wind...I could feel some pull and one slid out once. But that might be my siding - it could be somewhat "loose." I can't say and won't know for certain until a big wind or storm comes through. Also, I'm not sure that they're meant to hold something as heavy as these particular cameras PLUS the camera mounts. I put the other camera onto its mount and the mount onto these clips and installed it all in the siding on the front of my house, and it seems to work perfectly, too! For $12 or so, these are definitely worth a shot for your project, and to avoid putting unnecessary holes in your siding, if possible! Especially if whatever they're holding isn't too heavy!

So easy, no tools (or husband) required!
Iโve purchased this product twice. They are great! I no longer have to rely on my partner to find his ancient heavy drill or his motivation! Works great for outside decor on the house. The screw allows for depth adjustment for whatever you are hanging. Not too thin, easy to remove. The metal doesnโt scratch easily. Iโm sure you could paint these to camouflage them if they were going to be visible. I have used them to hang a solar house number sign, Christmas Flags, and outdoor wall decor. I havenโt and wouldnโt use them with anything heavy, although I suspect the hook would be fine but the flexible vinyl siding would be the fail point.

Needs a slight bit of modification
I recently purchased two outdoor solar lights (https://www.amazon.com/Westinghouse-130ยฐWide-Security-Install-Resistant/dp/B07N8Q96KH/ref=sr_1_22?dchild=1&keywords=westinghouse&qid=1595454707&sr=8-22) and needed a way to install them on my house without drilling into our brand new siding. After a short search I came across these clips. They are rather ingenious and fit the bill perfectly, with a slight modification. The curve of the clip from the bag is too rounded to really grab on to the underside of the siding with any confidence that it will hold anything. I put a few up in the siding and they slid out almost immediately with little effort. The nice thing is they were quite cheap and you get a good amount in the bag so I thought I'd grab a pair of vice grips and see if bending them had any affect. Indeed, modifying did help. A lot. I actually used a pair of vice grips to grip the tiny lip at the end of the clip and a pair of pliers to do the bending. Once done it was definitely harder to get the clip in the siding gap but therefor quite a bit harder for it to come out. In fact, I gave a tug on the now modified clip and that sucker stayed in no matter what! It stayed in as in if I kept pulling with straight downward force I think it would pull the siding out. To take the clip out you just have to remove it with an outward curving motion, the same as slipping it into the gap. If you look at the pictures I uploaded you can see the two side-by-side products; modified and unmodified. I modified the rest of the clips and went about installing those solar lights and partnering solar panels. The light itself is about three pounds and these clips hold them like glue to the house now! Again, if you're okay doing a bit of slight modifying of these clips then these work fantastic! If you aren't then they may not work for you. That is the ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars; because they aren't 100% right out of the box. Or, rather, bag.

Yes
These siding clips are exactly what I needed for mounting outdoor gear without drilling into my house. Installation was super simple โ just slipped them into the siding seam with no tools or holes required, so my vinyl stayed intact. They feel solid and sturdy, and each hook holds up to about 10 lbs, which has been more than enough for my security cameras and decorative lights. Stainless steel means no rust and no ugly stains on the siding. Great value with 10 in a pack, and Iโd definitely recommend them if you want a clean, no-damage mounting solution.

Great for mounting Ring cameras
Used these to mount Ring cameras on new siding. I had to drill out the mounting holes in the Ring mounting plate and shave a bit off of the camera plate with a utility knife to allow for the screw heads, but they mounted easily and I highly recommend them!

OK for Google Nest Outdoor Camera, BUT...
First, the item arrived very fast and fits the purpose I was hoping to use it for: to mount a Google Nest outdoor camera. I used two of these clips to hold up the one camera. No issues with screw size or any other factors of that nature. The downside is that these don't have much of a true hook at the very top to clip into modern (4yr old house) siding. They slide into the sliding as promised, and would arguably hold up against a weight pulling directly down on the hook. I'm concerned that if wind or some other force was to rotate the hook even slightly upward from the bottom, then it would fall out. They aren't as sturdy as I'd hoped. All that said, I have mounted my camera and secured the cable in such a manner as to prevent the camera from falling more than a few inches if my concerns prove valid. We'll give it some time and weather and hope that I'm wrong. For ten bucks, I'm OK with the experiment.

Works perfectly on vinyl cladding
I wish I knew this product existed before I bored a hole to my vinyl cladding. Works perfectly. In addition, it is kind of sweet for the seller to leave a personal card thanking me for the purchase.

Great and strong!! Used to install an outdoor camera
These clips are awesome! I bought them to install an outdoor security camera at my house I am renting. I did not want to drill as it is a rental. These clips worked amazing and were so easy to use. I love that this is a family business. Great product and seller!!

wire keeper
I bought these to "trap" antenna and feed wire ... I thought these would keep wire neatly secured in windy areas... the other style hooks work fine for down loads... easy to install or remove...

Great clips for hanging my solar lights
Really easy to use. I used them to set up a perimeter of solar sensor lights around the house to light up the walkway. The clips fit into the siding securely. Itโs been a month, no issues. I bought 2 different brands (both from Amazon) and these were clearly the better product. Ended up returning the other. Only con is that there are only 10 in each bag.
