Cute but...
These were super cute but I had a few problems with them. 1. All the firefighter badges were upside down. 2. Several of the pictures were barely on the toothpick and fell off as I was placing them. 3. I think the bundles for packaging were put together when the glue was still wet, so as I was taking the rubber bands off, they stuck together and a few tore. They are cheap to buy, but they are also made very cheaply.

Cute and served their purpose
Besides a few being upside down they are cute. I just took the toothpick out of the ones that were upside down and set them on top of the cupcakes. Would of gave 5 stars if they were made right.
