Doesn't work
Amazon has fooled us. They mention the refurbished laptops are just as new one, but it is worst than some 20 year old computer. The laptop doesn't work at all, it doesn't get charged, it goes off every few seconds, scroll doesn't work. Just a few things to mention, rest can be imagined. How someone can use a laptop like this. Help me get this returned please.

Good seller
Laptop has provision of two batteries, one main and another backup, but they dont give backup battery. Initially thought it to be deceitful. However, the seller themselves called and clarified that extra battery cannot be included due to cost restrictions. Since it is refurbished and needs to be made VFM for both the seller as well as the buyer, found it okay with the package.Backup is satisfactory considering it being reused product. It is a good opportunity to try this laptop which will become antik for sure in days to come.Satusfied with the product and seller.

It stopped working after one week!
The laptop came in as ordered. Was out of town and opened it late. It stopped working after a few days but could not return it since the one week period was over. The technicians were called - they said the har drive was faulty. Another one week for the hard drive to work. Another few days! Then the key board stopped working completely. Called again and a few days later a new keyboard arrives. Waiting for technician to send it. Would be very very very careful with this supplier. I wrote to Amazon and to the supplier complaining asking they take the laptop back or give me a renewed 6 month warranty. No response.Very disappointed that Amazon did not respond. Perhaps it is time to move loyalties!
