What a great umbrella this is! It has double hinges, so a strong wind cannot bend it out of shape like it just did with my now "old" umbrella. The handle is also nice, although just hanging/setting it around one's wrist does not make it keep straight up by itself, as the handle is not wrapping snugly around the arm. One has to lean it against the shoulder to make it stay, while checking a message, for instance, on the mobile phone. But, it does help with keeping the umbrella under control in strong winds, since it won't fly off the wrist. The one I picked has a very pretty design on the inside, of a deer and flowers. I love it. I also love the fact that it is water repellent... it pearls off! And I love that it has a double canopy. The carrying bag is also very well sewn, which is a plus. I will use this umbrella in my car, so that I won't drive some place and find myself in a parking lot without protection from a rain. Well worth the price! I recommend it. When I initially opened the packaging of this umbrella, I was instantly impressed by the amount of effort that was put into the shipping of it. The umbrella comes inside of a sleek black bag that tightens around the handle to ensure that the product stays inside. The bag was placed inside of a medium sized box, almost the same size of the umbrella, and had minimal room to move around so that the umbrella stayed intact on its trip to me. Since the umbrella turns inside out when opened, the pattern of it is on the outside at first glance. The color theory of the design is excellent, being a beautiful mix of various shades of blue to create the exotic-looking flower that I desired. The dye is bright, and I was able to see the inside design on even the darkest of nights. The umbrella comes equipped with double-hinges, so the strongest of winds would have trouble turning it inside out. Due to the umbrella being inside out, the outer hinges of the umbrella face the ground, making it capable of standing on its own! One of my favorite features of the umbrella is the handle. The plastic of the handle is so soft, that it often feels like felt. The handle curves into a full “C” shape, so that it comfortably fits into the palm of any sized hand. This is the best umbrella that I’ve ever purchased, and I strongly urge whoever is reading this to walk in my footsteps and buy it as well!

I bought this to replace a similar one that my husband accidentally lost. This umbrella seems well made and sturdy and is very attractive.

So I bought this inside-out umbrella without really taking a lot of time to investigate it. I broke my old one and it was basically spring monsoon season in the midwest, so I liked the flower design and assumed it was a regular umbrella, clicked to add it to my cart and bought it without reading the description or looking into the reviews. When it arrived, I wondered why the box was long and opened it to set my eyes on something very very different than what I thought I had gotten. So this umbrella is inside-out and has a oval handle. The handle is padded with waterproof material and very comfortable. It's also awesome for hanging on your wrist, or on a hanger in the closet. I unwrapped it and opened it. Much to my astonishment and delight, this is a really well-designed and well made umbrella!! It also looks amazing. I like that after I use it, the wet top of the umbrella is folded inside and away from me, thus keeping me dry unlike a traditional umbrella that when folded, dumps water all over my legs or car. Once in awhile one arm of the umbrella doesn't open right away, but I just gently pull down and it pops easily in place. Well made, looks good and well designed.

It’s a beautiful umbrella, beautiful color, easy to use and when getting into your car after the rain, you will not have water dripping all over it stays in the umbrella. I love it.

After ordering a similar product for a friend's Christmas gift, I was so intrigued by the design specifications that I ordered this particular model for myself. I wanted something unique & handsome for its' mundane task. My friend received hers with a Monet print, covering the generous 41" outer side; mine be a peacock design, located on the umbrella "roof," making me smile everytime I use it. Each are large, sturdy, and lightweight, while making a true statement about the user. The Gift item came with an "automatic" opening feature since that was the only option for that pattern. Mine is a manual feature, which I prefer, as it's one less thing to wear out. I really appreciate the oh-so-useful handle. Topped off with a reasonable price tag, and a year's warranty, 'tis a great gift I treated myself to. Next time you need a replacement umbrella, or a swell gift idea, consider these artful babies!

No tan robusto como esperaba

You can stick the umbrella outside the door and open it without having to open the car door very far. Also, when you close it up, the water is all on the inside and runs down. It can even stand on its little feet. Came with a protective case, also.

The button to open/shut the umbrella is not functional. You must manually open and close it, as I got it because I am limited to one hand and NEED to have a one button press option, this makes it unusable for me.

Once again I wanted to leave a glowing review about the Owen Kayne Umbrella. I really do NOT like leaving negative reviews about any purchases I make, so I am going to try to be positive here. As you can see, I ordered the multi-coloured Rose Umbrella. Personally I found this Umbrella to be too heavy and bulky for Me to carry and handle. I think it is the C shaped handle that is causing Me problems as I do use a Walker due to a Mobility Issue and Disability. To Me, the Umbrella is also very heavy and bulky. Once again, I'd love to leave a glowing review, but I honestly can't.
